You probably would rarely see me ar a fast food place. We can thank mobile for a free sandwich which got me to Wendy's. Overall the sandwich was okay, not sure if it was the ratio of the ingredients aka toppings or the taste of the bun, but I prefer Chick-fil-A or Arby's personally. Missing food, long wait times for food. Ordered 4 meals inside via the kiosk. Initially I was missing many items. There were only 2 parties ahead of us waiting inside, and they all went back at least twice with stuff missing from their orders as well. From when we ordered till when we got our food it took 22 minutes total to get everything, which was only 4 fries, 2 sandwiches, 2 chicken nuggets, and 1 chicken tender. (Maybe I am mistaken and it's supposed to take that long? I wasn't told anything would be a longer than usual wait.) I've had bad experiences here before, and this location definitely has a reputation for being bad. Maybe it cuts cost to not train people or not have a person taking your order who can communicate longer wait times, but it makes for a bad experience. read more

This place is horrendous. Line at the drive thru was long. Ok no problem but then it doesn't move for 30 mins. Trying to order food was a nightmare, having to repeat every single item over and over while yelling so they could hear. Get to the window and they say that my order got erased and I had to repeat the order all over again. Waited 10 minutes for the food to come out. No sour cream for their baked potato, he said I'll give you two butters instead. What made me review them was that after all that time the fries were ice cold, no spoons or tissues in the bag. I know they have good fries at least they used to when they were thick cut I don't remember they change them I haven't been there in a while. At least I haven't gotten fries in a while. Well, judging by the current rating this has probably been all been said before. I've had a few less than stellar experiences at this place but today really took the cake. It's 2:45 in the afternoon. Four cars ahead of me--Not crazy busy. The car at the window was there so long the car behind it drove off--had I not been scrolling thru eBay I probably would have too. The car in front of me tried explaining that to the person at the window (when they finally got there) who kept trying to give them the other car's order. The manager came over to straighten it out. More chaos ensues. Finally, I get to the window...fries are cold, the soda was watered down and a mix of Coke and Dr Pepper. Just terrible. The food here is okay, but the staff (or the people who manage the staff) need to get their act together. I drove right past this Wendy's at first - it was dark, and their outside lights weren't on (like the big WENDY'S you'd expect to see). When I got inside, I heard the lady at the counter say, "Turn the outside lights on! This is the third time I've told you!" Honestly, she seemed to be the only one there who knew what was going on. Unfortunately, she was not only the only cashier on duty (on a Saturday evening), but she also had to step away to prepare things like chili and salads, leaving a growing line at the register. If I could give this 0 stars, I would. They switched my order with someone else's! Not only that but it was cold and the fries tasted like they had been put in a fridge overnight. I ordered this on doordash so i thought it might just be because of the weather (since it IS december) yet somehow the frosty was completely melted (and my driver was really fast so this definitely isn't a problem with them). This isn't the first time I've had bad experience with them, either. Last time I ordered from here my doordash driver drove about 20 minutes to get there only for the store to tell him that they couldn't make my order. They didn't even give an option to substitute items. They literally told him that they just couldn't make any of it. All I had ordered was chicken nuggets, fries, and a frosty. I would've been totally fine if they just substituted the items they couldn't make with something else. Really first to review? This is a Wendy's. I won't review their food in detail as it's essentially the same everywhere. I think it's the best drive-through fast food that there is, which is worth a 3 star food rating. Location- Pretty convenient, easy enough to park. Open fairly late. This particular Wendy's can be exceedingly slow sometimes. Also make sure to check your order as they tend to screw up orders. read more

Where do I start? 5 minute wait to get to the window... okay, it's lunch time, I understand. At the window, the young man says they can't take cash. I said that's no problem. He said they couldn't do fountain drinks. I said that's okay. Menu items on the drive up menu were blocked out as out of stock. Ordered my food. Waited another 10 minutes in line. Get up to the window and hand my credit card. The young lady there says they are ONLY taking cash. I repeated what the young man told me and she said she was sorry, but he messed up. No offer to give me the food anyway for my wait. No concern. Nothing. I'm not about to start a confrontation at a drive up. Now my lunch break is over. I have no food. And I'm pissed off. This Wendy's needs to rethink its customer service in those situations, in addition to the general lack of pride in their product quality. If i could rate any lower i would. First of all staff is not friendly AT ALL. My boyfriend and I needed some quick food before seeing a movie and they told us to wait off to the side and they will bring us our food and we didn't order anything special or a lot just something quick to eat. Car after car were getting their food and we were still waiting than it went dead and from our car we could see them all just standing around through the window. GET YOUR ACT TOGETHER!!!!! 3rd time in 2 weeks I have driven off from the drive thru because it takes the drive thru employees 5 minutes to even acknowledge the car sitting there waiting to order. 2 cars ahead of me and im in line for 10 minutes and still not at the box to order. Then it would take them 5 minutes to even take my order. If I wanted to wait 20mins in a drive thru id go to chick fil-a. I go on my lunch break and have limited time. I like Wendys but never again will I attempt to go to this one. The straw was when the employee(today 11:30am) when he finally attempted to take the cars order in front of me screamed out the box and had the audacity to act like he was super busy, which is a joke, and that the person in the drive thru was a burden. BTW the lobby was empty was well, shocker. This has been going on for years now, I dont blame the employees at all, I blame the inept general manager and the district supervisor for allowing this to go on for so long. Is this a money laundering organization? Are customers not needed? Fix your drive thru = fix your sales, its not that hard. Every other drive thru in the area is packed except yours, coincidence?
