This Wendy's has no respect for their customers. They're nasty don't wear gloves and when asked can they put some on they ignore you I'm calling the health department seriously. I went here last night for a few simple items. Lobby had 10 people hanging around the counter waiting for food and the drive thru had at least 10 cars in it. I waited 30 minutes for a burger, spicy chicken, and a fry. There were multiple people that arrived after me that left much sooner. Many of the lobby crowd were food delivery drivers who also were there for a long time. When I brought my concerns up to the manager, she stated that the delivery orders are made first because the order appears on their screen before they arrive. It's supposed to be prepared so that when they get there they can dash. So why are all of them waiting almost as long as I did? It's gotta be one or the other, not both. It was apparent that the 10 workers they had in their little kitchen had no idea what they were doing. A few of the workers looked stoned. Food quality was totally unremarkable. I was told that "we are out of tomato" for my spicy chickenI was like cool, are you going to reduce the price? SMH. So I ended up getting this dry, crusty filet that had a 2 inch piece of wilted lettuce on it and a teaspoon of mayo. It tasted like a cardboard box. The burger wasn't much better and also had almost no flavor. The fries and frosty saved the day but those are pretty hard to screw up. I would avoid this location as these customer experiences have been long standing and obviously no one is interested in improving them. First of all, you are not greeted with the genuine welcome to Wendy's. How may I help you, you are greeted with a halfway decent recording if you are going to use your rewards. After that, I placed my order and someone said can you hold on a minute. Waited three minutes before they came back to the speaker, then as I placed my order they told me we aint got no orange frosty, all we got is chocolate, I askedasked for a grilled chicken wrap. We don't got no more grilled chicken. Live every bit of 10 minutes and my food was cold when I got home. This ain't ya typical Wendy's. You know, the one where you are in and out of the drive-thru within 5 minutes. Nah, this is the Wendy's Elite Experience. What makes it Elite you ask? 1. You get to really relax and enjoy the scenery while you wait for about 20-30 minutes in the drive-thru. There is most assuredly at least 7 cars ahead of you. If there isn't, they are closed. Return tomorrow. 2. Once you make it up to the speakerphone to place your order, you will be told one moment please. Waittttt for it, they will return in about 5-10 minutes to receive your order. 3. Now at this point, you may be thinking this Wendy's Elite Experience isn't for me... and you'd be wrong. Because when you finally get to the window and receive your order, I personally guarantee you that it will be STEAMING HOT and DELICIOUS. And as you want to shed a little tear of thanks & your stomach is shouting glory hallelu- you'll realize that it was totally worth. And everyone else will have the same realization, which is why no matter when you come - you will repeat the process and join the lengthy line of cars waiting. And truly, I know this isn't how "Fast Food" is supposed to work - but it works because their food actually comes out realllly good. This Wendy's is always unprofessional. The workers are ghetto and someone always has an attitude. Now I tried to order through Uber eats and they are still unprofessional, they lied to the driver and told them I cancelled my order. Went by today around 8:15 ordering was fine the customer service was good; but my gosh this frostaccino is so disgusting. Not only is it water down but there is ZERO FLAVOR at all. This is not the first time this has happened at this location and I'm not understanding the inconsistency. This place makes a porta-potty feel clean. The floor mat on the floor in front of the cashier is not flat, and my mother almost fell just walking up to take an order. The female cashier, upper butt is sticking out, and she constantly reaching down into her pants to pull them back up. She hands my mother, some cups, and my mother asked her to not put the lids and straws in the cup and to place some gloves on. She repeated the procedure, while doing an extra step in the process, thus touch something else. So after the second time, she told us we had to wait. Then turn to the next customer, so we asked to speak to a manager. The manager is right next to her, and at first, ignores us, and after realizing we weren't going to go away, she finally acknowledges us. We explain the situation, however, she doesn't address the cashier's attitude or lack of sanitation. Which didn't surprise me, because she as well as all the others are not wearing hairnets. So after the order is taken, we go to get out drinks, the floor is wet, either from the machine, or some kind of leak from the ceiling. I almost slipped and fell twice, just trying to get my drink. Now they did have a caution sign, as well as some carpet. However, there so much fluid, that carpet is giving out a slight gushing sound as you step on it. We return to the counter to pick up our order, and I noticed the cashier misspelled my mother's name. Her name is only four letters, and I know she spelled it out for the cashier, letting me know she did it out of spite. This is probably my first time eating at Wendy's in over a decade. After this experience, it will probably be eating there for another 2 decades. I encourage all to try a different franchise. I hear Chick-Fil-A is a good and clean place to eat. read more

I recommend you check your bag AND sandwiches before leaving! Ordered two 4 for $4's and double stack. They gave me 2 jr bacon and cheeseburger with lettuce. No receipt in hand or in the bag. This review makes up for the four or five unpleasant experiences that I've had at the drive through line here. These employees are not friendly. They badger you to place your order as soon as you reach the speaker. They are unprofessional, disrespectful and mock you while you place your order, while encouraging their co-workers in the background to do the same. Badgering someone is not being professional; when you verbally cut someone off while they're placing an order, you do not value the job that you chose to work and because their manager is failing to train you properly, their professionalism and customer service should be questioned as well. Repeating the grand total several times when you get to the window before you can unbuckle your seat belt and put the car in park is beyond rude. Why do these people still have a job? Have complained to corporate before about the rudeness of the crew here. Their unwillingness to produce a receipt on one occasion, the disrespectful attitude of the employees, the poor customer service are reasons why today is my last day visiting here; walk up or drive in! In addition to voting with my feet, legal action will be taken because I refuse to be disrespected when I'm spending my money, anywhere. If you have to visit another Wendy's or even Checkers across the street to be treated better, do so. Regarding the legal action, I'm definitely going to pursue that avenue. Food is good and nutritional but the service is slow! The Personnel there drags on the job! The drive through line is very long and slower! You have to go inside to get faster service. This place deserves NO stars at all...I only come when the drive thru doesn't have cars wrapped around and still waited for 15 minutes and decided I should just do a pick up order and run inside which ended up being worst than the drive thru. I check in on the app and wait for over 30 minutes to be told the order was never there but yet I saw my name on the screen as in progress on the screen they have up in the lobby and my phone even alerted me that my order was ready. The boy bagging says he never saw the order then some dumb rude lady comes from the back and verifies my name and says we can't see the order but yet you can tell me how much I spent at this point I no longer wanted the food and had a hard time getting my money back. The rude ignorant lady walked towards the back and decided she wanted to say inappropriate things which set me off even more then the little dumb cashier wanted to put in her two cents then I had to snap back. Then she repeats again that mobile orders can't get a refund then I let her know well someone is giving me money today cause the money has been taken out of my account so after waiting for another 10 minutes a guy came to give me the cash and I was able to finally leave with no food and had to go somewhere else to get my kids something to eat who were waiting in the car.
