Wendy's is now implementing a very poor and unsatisfactory business practice. Their drive through window advertises the Biggie meals for a certain amount but when you order, the price they charge is $1.00 more. The explanation is that they do not have small drinks anymore and are charging for mediums. Not a good experience. bringing my business somewhere else. I had a drive thru orders. And one of those is a kid meal for my son. when i hand it over to him unfortunately the kid burger where not there. So i assume it was a honest mistake i tride to call but no answer. so i went back to tell the staff the burger was not it the bag. His response was a question why it was not in the bag. This restaurant is very clean, orderly, and pleasant. I walked in to use the restroom and it was pristine. I felt comfortable using it. The entire restaurant was in the same nice condition, including the soda fountain area, condiment bar, seating area (except the family that left a tray of trash for them to pick up -- honestly???), the food ordering counter and the parking lot. I was impressed by the staff and received my order quickly with very friendly service. All of these aspects in a fast food restaurant is a rarity in this region and I was glad that I stopped through to experience something I would have usually passed by on. Came thru the drive-thru with my brother and the microphone to order wasn't working so we made an order face to face with the guy and explained our order for 2 4x4's, 1 extra Dave's double and 1 extra crispy chicken sandwich. They messed up the order and we had to cycle through for another 30-45 minutes just to argue with the guy and with him giving us attitude for 5-10 minutes until he decided to correct their mistake. Super inconsistent and food has stated stale the last few times I've gone. The fries definitely had been sitting for a long while and tasted stale. I threw most of them away. I've been a long-time, loyal customer of this location. I have always enjoyed how peaceful the dining area is in the evenings. It has always been clean and the food is mostly consistent. There's even a view of the mountains and I've seen so many beautiful sunsets while enjoying meals. The employees have always been great! However, since their recent remodeling there is distorted music blasting loudly from the speakers in the ceiling constantly. Plus, much of the playlist simply sucks! It's beyond obnoxious. It's extremely unpleasant. I tried wearing earplugs but that's not enough. I've asked them to turn it down or off, and they do, but every time I return that horrible, painful sound is filling the room. I was told the management wants it on, but they clearly haven't listened to it. The staff in the kitchen doesn't have to hear it. When did the management decide they didn't like their customers anymore? It's 2023 and everyone brings their own entertainment these days (i.e. mobile devices). I'm in the process of finding another location for my regular burger fix. I spend about $1,000 annually on meals at this location, but no more! Nightmare experience. I went through the drive thru and ordered two 4 for 4s with an extra sandwich each. It was raining hard and they said that the microphone is damaged so we had to pull into the window to order. I told the worker that i wanted two for for fours with an extra chicken sandwich for one and a double for the other. They forget to give me my nuggets and my second chicken sandwich. When i go back to the drive thru they argued and didn't believe me and didn't even comprehend my receipt. I was shocked that they not only rushed and messed up but they were so confident that they didn't even have to read the receipt. The worker Puw sheepishly threw a bag at me that just had 4 nuggets. Unless you like being ripped off i would avoid this place at all costs. They are blatant and unapologetic about their thievery. I ordered a salad $6.89, a KIDS fries and a small fountain drink. Despite that the menu board offers to upgrade your meal witth a medium fries and medium drink for jus $.99, my bill came to more than $ 11. When i challenged them on it their excuse was that only applies to meals and a full size salad doesn't qualify (even though their offer on the menu board is right under the salads).. This place has your normal Wendy's food, so if you go to Wendy's you'll get the quality food you expected. However, customer service here missed the mark. The lady Anna, barely speaks understandable English and when I ordered an Avocado BLT #12, she asked me if it was number 11, and I corrected her saying 12. As they were still making my food, I saw a sign about getting a cookie for ¢99 with a combo meal. I had ordered a combo and so I asked if I could get the ¢99 cookie. Anna immediately said that there was nothing she could do, with only a glance at me. I didn't want to push that any further so I let it go. I say more than 40% of the time, they either screw things up or the quality of my meal is terrible. I ordered a spicy chicken but get a regular chicken. The fries are burnt or extremely salty. The coke syrup is low or carb is gone. There seriously have issue with controlling the quality of food they sell. And yes while it is rare to have one of these occurrence occur, I have had days where everything was wrong. Order Spicy Chicken sandwich with small fries with a coke. I get a regular chicken sandwich that is dry, with a nasty piece of lettuce. The fries were 30% burnt and very salty. The drink had 80% ice with the coke syrup almost gone. Terrible terrible quality control and to have it fail where they got nothing right tells me they have serious issues at management level. Which also effect the individual employees. I love Wendy's, this one in particular. Why does a fast food get 5 stars? The service (the food is quite tasty too)! We're frequent customers and both the drive through and dine in service is awesome. They have never messed up an order (unlike thier competitors next door and across the street) and the dine in area has always been spotless (been insude BK lately? Gross!) when we've been there. I LOVE WENDY'S. I have never been tired of eating their food. Last night I went inside this restaurant to use the restroom and to get a meal to go. I go into the bathroom and someone was in the stall next to me. They came out at the same time I did and it was a restaurant employee. She didn't even look in the direction of the sink!! Just walked right out! I thought all employees had to wash their hands? I come out of the bathroom to see where she went and she was at the register! Deceptive practices. Went to this location today and ordered the number one combo which was listed as 6.89 on the board (drive through). The worker asked if I wanted a medium or large. I said medium and then I saw that eighty cents was added to the bill. When I went to the window and I asked what meal cost 6.89 and was told the small size. This made me angry because a size small wasn't offered as an option. When the drive through worker asked if I wanted a medium or large, I thought the 6.89 was the medium price.
