Went to Wendy's in Carthage , Mo. the food was alright. The fries are always cold there. The spicy chicken sandwich was tasty. The biggest complaint I would have about this place is that it feels very unclean. Like it could really use a good carpet shampooing and a scrub down of the floors, tables, and chairs. The kids working there are friendly and helpful. It could be a really good place to eat with a good bit of sprucing. read more

They customer service was very poor, they were really rude,we were the only ones in line and it took them 35 minutes to make 3 biggie bags and when we finally got our food it was cold read more

What the absolute heck. Had to make a stop somewhere to eat, and thought a salad at Wendy's in the middle of nowhere would be a good idea. WRONG. Tried to order an apple pecan salad-- was told they were out. Asked if they knew what was gluten free--was told to look online because she didn't know. Ok, let's order a 6 piece buffet and a jr fry and hope my belly handles the gluten They don't have ketchup here. They don't. Have. Ketchup. At Wendy's. No ketchup. Does that even sound right? Whatever, I'll just take the loss. I go into the bag to start munching. I ONLY GOT 5 OUT OF 6 NUGGETS! What the eff, Carthage, Missouri ..my stomach is bloating as I'm composing this review. read more

Bro the bathroom smelt like shit and the toilet paper was on the floor. The service was okay. And idk about the food yet kinda scared.

My wife and I both wanted something quick and decided to get Wendy's baked potatoes for a snack. Big mistake! Spent almost $11.00 to buy three inedible potatoes. They appeared to have been sitting for SEVERAL hours. Why do you put food out to customers that can't be eaten! It would have been easy to just apologize and say you don't have potatoes (or whatever). Very sad. Needless to sa we won't be back anytime soon. read more

Went to this location today while heading back home. We got in line at the drive thru. We read off the the coupon exactly what it said. (2 for $10 classic chicken small combo) we get to the window. They couldn't figure out how to get the coupon to work then another individual comes over. Now we can't use the combo coupon but can get just two sandwiches for $5. Takes our card to pay. We proceed to sit and wait another 10 minutes. They came to the window twice to see what we ordered and if we paid yet. Finally 15 minutes later we received our order. read more

Been to this location many times and the wait time is always ridiculous. Went at 9:00 today and waited 20 minutes in line until we left.

Forgot half of my order, didn't put anything on my burger and the workers were very rude and were more worried about going on a smoke break then serving customers. 15$ an hour for what? read more

Not sure what's happened to it recently, had a record of slow orders and cold food, but recently their performance has been way up and the staff are quite friendly! Even at the drive-thru. Glad they got things cleaned up (figuratively I mean, indoor area was pretty clean too last I checked). Full selection majority of the time and almost always open on time in the mornings. read more

Waited in line at drive thru 15 min to order. Went inside finally to see what the hold up is. Guy working tells me the hold up is because they're crowded. I looked around and there were literally 2 people sitting in the lobby. This place is always a joke. They need some management that know how to manage a fast food restaurant. read more

The only reason why I gave it one star is because I could not find half a star. This facility is one of the worst I have ever been too and I'm from Cali! Anyways stop hiring people who don't care about their JOB!!!!! Or simply close down !!! read more

Literally the worst fast food place I've ever been to. They take forever to get your food, they're rude taking your order, & they act dumb when they forget something on your order. Don't waste your time coming here. read more

Let's just say if you're in a hurry, ya need to move on! 20 minutes for food? It wasn't anywhere near a normal Wendy's experience. For 2:00 on a Sunday, we didn't expect the dis-organization. read more

I'd give it a negative 10 if I could it was horrible ! Burnt hamburgers nuggets tasted like grease food was no warm no coke took forever to get nasty food! And they were not busy at all! Will not go back! And to top it off they made both burgers wrong ! So do not go here ! read more

Best customer service. Super attentive, my mother had a difficult order and they made sure she got everything she wanted.

It was nasty. The dinning room had trash on the floors. The trash hasn't been take out. The bathroom was nasty and smelled. The cashier was acting goofy. Didn't know what drinks was in the cups. It was very dirty in there. Will not be coming back. read more

They gave me my BBQ chicken salad. It consisted of cheese. Lettuce. And corn. Waited 15 minutes for a new one. Still don't have it. I left without it. Worst experience. Should've gone to McDonald's.... read more

Waited just to give our order for over 5 minutes, with only 2 cars in front of us. No apologies for the wait when I finally got to actually place my order, they mist assume this is typical for fast food? Actually still waiting in line, so it could be over 20 minutes with only 2 cars in front of us, nobody inside the restaurant. One car finally did leave, now only one car in front. This is ridiculous. Finally at the window. It's been 20 mins and our order actually still isn't ready. Wow! So, I'm guessing we may be here for possibly 30 mins. read more

Don't know what they're deal was but it was about the worst hanmburger I've ever eaten in my life. My Wife and I both had burgers that were cold, the cheese was cold, and the buns were very hard. Will not be eating at this location again. read more

excellent and consistant food with extremely fast service and great people. However, this is one of the dirtiest fast food places I've ever seen. Regardless, I eat there at least twice a month. read more

Anybody thinking about eating at Wendy's in Carthage - DON'T They are not taking care of drive through customers and if you give up on them ever coming over the microphone and you sit and sit and sit and speak into the microphone time after time asking for help and you drive to the window the Nasty Manager will call you a liar and tell you that you have to go back around and get in line again even though you tried and tried to get someone to talk to you before you drove to the window and lots of cars are lining up behind you. I manager should remember customers come first - should apologize and not call you a liar!!! Their service in the drive through has not been good for awhile but this takes all and I will not ever go back!! read more

I go up to Missouri every year and I go here. I think this place is great! It's not the best place but it is good if you want food fast.

Walked in, used the restroom first. NO toilet paper, not even an empty roll in the damaged and empty dispenser. No hot water. Trash can unusable. Pried it open to throw away paper torn from the roll sitting on the sink. 19:38 am, ordered two meals with chocolate Frosties. Told Kevin, the order taker about the condition in the restroom. He shrugged. We waited for 15 minutes while two meals were prepared. A few other people walking in, got their meals and left. Some came through the drive through, but we sat there and waited. Our hamburger patties were cold and hard and leftover from yesterday. They had been reheated, but the cheese didn't melt. The nuggets were cold and raw on the inside. Not safe to eat. Fries had no salt. Never got our frosties. Left at 10:55 am. Still waiting for frosties. As I left, I told the person hiding behind the counter about the frosties. She pointed at two horrid looking melted messes in cups sitting at the drive through counter, you mean those? We left. Called the number on the back of the receipt. They did not answer. After an hour, I hung up and called National number. They finally answered and were laughing at me. And, I am still out two frosties that I paid for and did not get. Wendy's has gone so far downhill from when it began, it should be run out of business before someone dies from raw chicken and leftovers. Disgusting! Avoid the one in Carthage like the plague. The management there does NOT care. read more

I do not know how one fast food restaurant can give such consistent bad service. I'm not sure why I try again I guess as a stock holder you hope things at this store would get better. From salads with no dressing or no utensils to today sitting in drive thru several minutes with no one taking orders then pulling around to window to be further ignored. Keep sending coupons I might forget again. read more
