I just want to start by saying that this place needs to just be shut down at this point. They are quite obviously very short staffed and the store itself isn't running properly. I went there twice over the week a few weeks back and they failed to mention that they didn't have any ice, not only that but they were apparently out of ice for the entire week (which is ridiculous).When I still ordered my drink which I wanted sweet tea, I was informed that not only were they out of ice but out of tea as well so I ordered a coke, granted i knew without ice it wouldn't be very good but within the time the drink was made and handed to me it was immediately flat as well. There are only about 4 employees in the entire store when I went and the ones doing the customer service are just extremely rude and uncaring. My order was completely wrong the first time whereas I ordered a chicken sandwich and did not receive it instead got a small burger worth maybe 2$. The only good thing about this store is the fries that come with the meals and that doesn't surprise me seeings how that's the only thing that's basically automated. This place is absolutely HORRIFIC and I would not recommend to my worst enemy let alone my friends or family. PS some of the worst customer service I've ever experienced and I felt as though I was a burden to the employees rather than feeling welcomed. read more

Super disappointed in this location it's really gone downhill lately. We ordered our food the guy who took our order and money was very nice. We get to the second window and was told they are out of Dr Pepper no big deal we told them what we wanted instead. We get handed 2 out of our 4 drinks then we sit and we wait and we wait and we wait. Nothing else gets handed to us. A lady comes up ask what we're missing we told her everything and 2 more drinks she walks away. We kept seeing employees walking around but not doing much and all seemed confused. We finally get our food not only was 2 of our sandwiches made wrong it was all cold and old for as long as we waited. Also we get our drink 3 looked like coke with a weird tint to it we tasted them and it was fruit punch mixed with coke to mimic Dr Pepper! We ended up throwing everything away we didn't even bother to talk to a manger because based on how the crew was acting I don't think the manger would've carried in the slightest. My mother and I waited in line for 10 minutes and when we got to the intercom we asked for a minute to figure out what we wanted to order. My mom was polite and let the woman at the intercom know we were ready to order. However, the woman didn't let my mom know she was even listening. So, I told my mom to just go ahead and order and hopefully she could hear her. My mom ordered, but then she asked for the burger plain. This woman NEVER acknowledged my mother. She just kept repeating the order total. My mom didn't just roll over, she kept asking if she heard her and finally the woman yelled, "YES!!!" As soon as the order wasn't "easy" the woman taking our order was extremely rude...like she was having to do us a favor. I'm SICK of this kind of attitude at fast food restaurants. Much like the word hate we often over use the word worst, but with that being said " this is the worst Wendy's EVER!" The staff looked as if a casting director graded ten random strangers and put them in a uniform and said " act like you work here". There was a soda spill that looked like it had been there for hours, dried to a thick sticky fly trap on the floor, and after not being able to make our food or even convey that message properly the Manager brought the rest out to us while talking to someone on the phone. Eating the food here took an act of pure will because my brain was screaming "dont do it, neither of us trust them you know you're going to regret this later". The only people in here look like the walking death and are well past caring about the poor service. Now if you'll excuse me I need to run from this place screaming. read more

This may indeed be the worst Wendy's I've ever encountered. I've never been in a Wendy's that doesn't have their nationally advertised 'Dollar Value Menu".... but this one doesn't. I asked why and was told that the owner "doesn't offer that here". read more

I feel bad for all the young adults working here. The manager is absolutely horrible. The manager on duty today proceeded to yell at the young man who allowed me to pay for my food once I sat there for a good couple of minutes waiting to pay. After yelling at him for letting me pay, she proceeded to yell at him for other things. These kids do not get paid enough to deal with the managers there. Will not be going back to this Wendy's anytime soon. read more

After giving the place a 2nd chance, quickly decided the last chance. After 1st visit watching shady deals happen in parking lot.. random people come in to ask very few in restaurant for cigs. We go through drive through place order. Pay to pick up drinks without ice. I ask about ice.. she looks at me if she were offended that I asked about ice. Only in the upper 80 here!! Stepped through the door was not greeted by any staff taking orders. Cashier didn't smile, make suggestions, or anything customer service associate does. My order was taken and it took all of 30 minutes (place wasn't even crowded) for me to get my order. Only to find out once I got al the way back to work is that my order was wrong. Customer service is horrible!! nobody not even the manager apologized for the wait time to the awaiting customers before. read more

If it were possible to rate a restaurant in a negative number, this would be the place. The burgers were so stone cold that the cheese would not melt. The chili cheese fries were cold. I watched the restaurant workers standing in a pit of grease on the floor. Every single table in the place was filthy dirty, we had to wipe our own table. We asked to speak to the manager about the cold food and asked why they served cold food and we got a blank stare like a deer in the headlights. We asked for a refund and gave them back their nasty cold food. Avoid this place like the plague! read more
