the fries were okay however their Swiss cheese was cooked till it was hard on my sandwich and it smelled and tasted like vomit. it was absolutely disgusting. Never had to comment on a place except for this time because it was so horrible! read more

French fries were hot and crisp. Spicy chicken sandwich was good. Food came out in a timely manner, the staff was friendly and the place was hopping at 1pm on a Monday. Not many places to eat fast in Bolivar and Wendy's fit the bill. read more

I have never experienced such horrible service. They didn't wear gloves and I don't know what is up w the girl working the cash register but there is something off about her. She was wearing a st Patrick's day shirt in august that said "let the shenanigans begin" I don't know what shenanigans she is talking about but I honestly hope I never find out, her hands also touched my food without gloves so I proceeded to throw it out the window on the interstate. Had 2 crispy chicken sandwiches and first had only one small piece of lettuce and second had 2 peices bit one had mold..

I hate to do this because I'm a fan of Dave Thomas (yes, I know, he is now making burgers in Heaven). And I also hope that this one bad experience isn't typical of all the new burgers they are selling. Here goes. Son and I stopped in to a Wendy's while visiting family here. We saw the signage for the new Dave's Hot 'N Juicy burgers. My son is somewhat of a "cheeseburger conniseur so we were both anxious to try the reformulated burgers. Bottom line: the burgers were musty (like old meat) and undercooked. I even saved my receipt for proof in case I got sick later that night. I'm willing to give someone a second chance if I've had a good experience previously. Since this was my first experience with the "new" Dave's Hot 'N Juicy burgers, I doubt I'll go back. Too bad. BTW, the server explained to me that the burgers were now "thicker"...and yet they weighted the same. How is that possible? More water or air added? Hmmmmmmm read more

I have been a fan of Wendy's for a long time. I use to go a lot when the dollar menu had a jr. bacon cheeseburger. Just like everything else the price keeps going up while the size keeps getting smaller. I have always used the drive-through at this location. They are always friendly but kind of slow. It's very obvious they are being nice but are in no hurry at all. The food is good. Over the years it just keeps slowly going up in price and the sizes keep getting smaller. I would prefer one or the other. Just let me know I'm getting less for the same amount or charge me a little more and be consistent with the product. I'm sorry but for the above mentioned price and size issue I have to deduct one point and for the slow service I need to deduct a second point. I hate to give them a three but as of right now that is what I feel they deserve at this particular store. read more

I would have to say this is the worst food establishment that I have ate at. If you are looking for a place that will frustrate you and make you want to leave before you receive your food, then this is the place for you. My family of 5 and I decided to dine in for nice decently priced meal. When we got into the restaurant it was packed. There was only one person taking orders. This girl would take one order and then stand around and wait for the order to be finished before taking the next person's order. We stood in line for fifteen minutes. The pop machine was gross! I noticed stains on it right away, but when I looked at the tea selection the tea jugs appeared to have never been washed! I opted for the germ infested touch-screen soda machine. My family probably waited about twenty minutes for our food to be finished. Now, don't get me wrong I understand when everything is hectic and busy. When we got our food it was on separate trays (Which was understandable because it was a decent sized order) but most of our order didn't end up on our table. Instead the same girl that waited around for the order allowed a little girl that was not apart of our party to run off with half of our food! That was pretty upsetting and the parents did not return the food that was taken from us. We decided to just eat what we had so we could hurry up and order our dessert and leave. Keep in mind that at this point we were extremely frustrated. We had two small fussy children with us and this place was just taking up so much of our time. My husband and I decided we would go order 3 Cookie Frosty Sundaes. There was two people in front of us. It took us ten minutes to order this after the manager interfered and took our order. I tried to talk to him a little about the situation and all he had to say was "I'm sorry, but we are out of chili and we have to make it the emergency way." What bugs me about this, is that by this time the place was pretty much dead and the manager was only giving me an excuse. He asked me to repeat my order and I told him I wanted 3 of the sundaes. He charged me for two after I had ordered 3 and he had repeated me and everything. At this point I was so done with this place that my dad who was apart of our party started to pack up the kids so we could just leave. I reminded him that I ordered 3 of the sundaes and offered to pay for the third one that he did not charge me for. He said that was okay and then walked away. All the while this was happening I was able to see what was going on in the kitchen. The fryers weren't wearing gloves. The number one rule when handling food is to wear gloves. If ya'll want my honest opinion, this place should be reported to corporate. My family were not the only ones complaining. Nearly everyone in that place was upset about something. They need some new management, because the service we received today was ridiculous! My family will never return to this place. read more
