I'll keep this ADVENTURE SHORT. We will never be back to this Wendy's. Took my 3 Girls out for a Wednesday special meal and met a rude staff that ignores customers. We walked in and up to the counter stood there as another family walked up behind us in line. We all stood there for about 5 mins literally. All awhile the staff and manager just kept glancing over to us not saying a word. The moto at this place must be if we don't say anything the customer will go order from the touch screen after standing there long enough. Instead of informing us they don't have counter staff at the moment b/c they are busy. Like a courteous staff would be instructed to do. We have come here many times and there is always a wait even when it's not busy, but glancing over and not saying anything to customers is not customer service. I know one family won't matter much to this place, but me not giving them my money is a good enough result for me. We will go to the Winter Haven Wendy's moving forward. If you like to be ignored, unless you go through the drive thru, this is the place for you. AS ALWAYS TRY IT FOR YOURSELF!!! We will not be back to this location!!! read more

drive thru was quick, friendly and food was excellent!!! Was hesitant seeing reviews but we had a great experience. Double bacon stack biggie bag was fresh. The Cesar salad was crisp, fresh and packed With lettuce. read more

The worst. The drive through line was exceptionally slow. The associate at the window had the personality of mulch. I ordered a croissant breakfast sandwich and got a cold egg with "something or other" on a smashed hamburger bun. I also ordered a coffee with cream and sugar and got black coffee with nothing. Don't come here during night. You will be waiting forever. Waited in line for 32 minutes and they seem to not even care or make an attempt at speeding up the line. Niyia can be heard saying she wants to go home in between yelling at customers, slamming things and rolling her eyes. Garbage was overflowing and trash on the floors at 3pm. Employees were more interested in chatting like they were at a social event, than helping customers or maintaining the restaurant. The ice machines have been broken for months, and when you do get ice it's bought by an employee and brought in from a rusty flatbed truck with blue balls swinging from the back. read more

The worst service ever. They are never open. Dining room is always closed. Last sunday the whole place was shut down. No workers. My suggestion if i was the manager. Worst freaking Wendy's I have ever been to in my life!! My boyfriend and I came around midnight (2 HOURS BEFORE CLOSING) and asked for a ceaser salad. The first thing the lady said through the speaker was "oh I don't have that salad" so we asked if they had other kinds and she said "My manager is going to make you a salad" like okay. Cashier was not friendly when I showed her a coupon on my phone. Employees were not taking job seriously. Really good food and service unlike Mcdonalds they don't forget about things that go with your order and you get your food pretty fast.

I believe all the hate people give out here is because they don't get their free food after complaining. Ive started to eat from here about a year ago and every time I order something I get it fresh. I took my family on the 14th but we ended up going hungry that night I have filed several complaints and its been 2 weeks now but still no response. I will keep complaining about how nasty they are until they act like professionals. Anyway we went in and while we're waiting on our food watching the employee make it she is looking at us digging deep in her bra for her phone gloves on she plays with it and puts it back doesn't change her gloves or anything just grabs food with her sweaty boob hands and continues making food. We asked for the manager she told us it's a frequent problem with her and she still served the food to customers. Yes your eating someone's boob sweat if you eat at this location and they are perfectly fine with it! Ordered a Dave's Double Cheeseburger with Large Diet and Fires via the Drive-Thru. While I waited for my order at the window I watched a staff member making drinks for the customers behind me. Appears that Wendy's trains their Drive-Thru Staff to jam as much ice into cups as possible before filling the cup with a tiny amount of the desired product. Drinks are a high-profit item. Wendy's maximizes their profit by dispensing as little product as possible. This is not an isolated incident. Prior to the self-serve drink dispensers, I always had to stop employees from completely filling drinks cups with ice. I would explain to the staff that I didn't order a sno-cone. Fortunately during this trip, I was able to replace the sno-cone they had planned to give me with a cup with 1/4 ice. The ice never completely melts before I finish the drink, and the product is cold. Shame on Wendy's on training their Drive-Thru Staff to cheat customers out of the product they ordered. read more
