I have to say that pizza quality is low. Crust was flat and toppings sparse. Price is too high for the low quality. The quality has really gone downhill. I also got a plain cheese pizza which was overpriced and undercooked and just tasted bad. I remember many years ago how good the pizza was but now it's just bad.

His response was can you call it in or order it online? My answer was No, I cannot do it online because I cannot enter information needed for 30 pizzas. Well, he said, I can't take your order today. I can't have it paid for this far ahead. I'm not ordering I said.. I just want a price. Well, he said, can you do it closer to the date the pizzas are needed? No, I need an estimate now prior to ordering. Again, he says, I can put the order in to get a price but I can't guarantee the price.. Seriously, I've done this for years... I guess he figured if I waited or called it in, someone else would have to handle it. If he's a GM Papa John's should be out of business is the near future..... Too bad Papa John's - Pizza Hut it is!!!!!

Went in to try the melt sandwiches they have been advertising…read more Waited nearly 25 minutes for the sandwiches to come up. When they did my wife remarked that the "fries better be fresh" which apparently they weren't because they then took the fries back off our tray and threw them out. And it should be mentioned that the place was empty. It was not busy. THey were not being overwhelmed. They just suck. They then dropped fresh fries in the fryer and stuck the tray with our sandwiches on it under a heat lamp. By the time the fries were done the tray was so hot it was bending and nearly melting but the sandwiches themselves had gotten cold. I was very hungry so I went ahead and ate mine and they were pretty gross. THey were cold and the "toast" they were served on was not toasted. My wife took her sandwich back and told them it was cold. Well they re-made her sandwich and apparently wanted to teach her a lesson for complaining. They microwaved the sandwich after putting it together and wrapping it. They nuked it so badly that the cheese liquefied all over the inside of the wrapper and my wife burned her mouth when she took a bite. It was "sarcastically hot" and clearly it was a retaliatory measure aimed at my wife for having the nerve to complain about the absolute garbage service and food. There is a reason BKs are closing. They food is meh and the service is absolute rock bottom abominable. I won't ever go back to a Burger King.
