I went to Wendy's today at 12:58. There was a long line as usual but we were patient. As Abe was in the middle of taking our order, Alicia started SCREAMING at Abe to stop taking our order and to get the to go orders ready instead. We are standing there looking in his eyes and he was told to Ignore us. Yelling at someone does not motivate them. How about helping him instead. It was embarrassing for him to be screamed at and embarrassing to us sitting here having to listen to it. She was also SCREAMING the whole time we were there at the rest of the crew which was not enjoyable. They need an extra person there between the hours of 11am to 1pm to help with the Uber orders. read more

First time/last time. I was a walk-in - to eat-in - wanted to try the advertised pretzel/bacon burger. No one in front of me; a few people hanging around waiting for their orders. Order was received in a friendly manner (stated burger, root beer and fries). Paid, stepped aside and waited. Worked the self-serve soda machine (no instructions - just pictures). I ended up using it wrongly and took a bit of a bath in root beer. Continued to wait. And wait. During this time several patrons came, ordered, waited, and either ate in or left, while multiple mobile orders were picked up. I heard someone say my name so I went to the counter. They asked for my name, apologized for the delay (no explanation) and went back to doing whatever. waited some more, and it finally came. After receiving the wrong order, I went inside and asked to speak with a manager or shift lead so the issue could be addressed. I was told they were "in a meeting." However, I then observed multiple employees outside the building smoking while both the drive-thru and lobby had extremely long lines and the restaurant was clearly overwhelmed. I asked another employee who the manager and shift lead were and was told their names were Alicia and Dona. From what I observed, there didn't appear to be any management inside assisting the younger employees, who looked like they were doing their best to handle a very busy rush on their own. I approached the employees outside because I felt it was unprofessional for so many employees to be outside while customers were waiting. One of the employees responded by saying, "I'm on fucking break, sorry I don't work for Nazis." I was shocked that a customer would be spoken to that way. My issue isn't that employees take breaks--everyone deserves a break. My concern is that the restaurant appeared to be struggling during a busy period, customers were left waiting in very long lines, my order was incorrect, and when I respectfully tried to speak with management, I was met with profanity and disrespect instead of professionalism. I hope Wendy's corporate looks into what happened. The employees inside who were working hard deserved better support, and customers deserve to be treated with respect. read more

Advertises $1 frosty on the road sign then after long wait says oh sign is wrong. You guys had all day of it was wrong to change it true? Or did it just change at 6 pm when I order? The outside of the building back door ramp is disgusting. Cigarette butts everywhere. An employee went to walk down the greasy ramp and slipped it is so bad. Thats what I noticed before the Major issue happened. I had ordered 3 biggie bags and 6 peice nugget, I got another burger and no fries at all. I had already drove to my destination. So I called and the nice employee passed me on to the general manager. She gets on the phone and says I don't know what you want me to do, instead of appologising for the issue. Out of frustration I said I don't know why I keep going back. She says "How about you not". I said wow not very professional. She then says If I go back she will trsspass me. I said after this Who would want to go back. She then says I can suck her dick! This Low life manager needs to be fired. In my 20 years of HR management she would have been gone after the first incident. As you can see be the reviews she is like that to every customer. Instead of owning up to the mistakes of her staff and appologising she throws a fit. I asked for district phone number or owner and said I can't give that information to you. She is psycho. Came here on July 3rd and it took the guy a very long time to even put in the damn orders and he had to go and ask someone 2 times. and the ketchup was empty. one soda machine was warm and the other was cold none of them had ice in it. I will definitely not be coming back here again read more

This Wendy's is terrible. Ordered a couple sandwich meals and when we got out order... three sandwiches were just buns! Nothing else!! I don't know who at the restaurant thinks that's funny for well paying customers but that is unacceptable. On top of my burgerless burger, the fries were DRENCHED in salt. I could not even eat more than a couple. I like my fries salty but this was just over the top. I get that we had a decent sized order but to get one burger completely wrong and then only give buns on 3 out of 5 of them with nothing else (no veggies or condiments) is insane. My wife and I stopped at the Center Street Auburn Wendy's yesterday afternoon before going to a basketball game and we're gravely disappointed. The staff was friendly enough, but the food and atmosphere were sorely lacking. My chicken sandwich was not thoroughly cooked and cool in the middle. The French fries were cold, soggy and we're probably cooked and left in the warming tray too long. We went to three tables before we found one clean enough to sit at, and then that one had ketchup smears on it. Before leaving I went to the men's room. The hallway floor was greasy and slippery. The urinal had urine all over the floor and the rest of the floor appeared to have not been thoroughly washed for days. I was surprised to see a sign on the back of the door stating that they prized how well they keep the bathrooms cleaned and to report any problems. Had I seen the bathroom before placing our order, I would have never eaten there! Lesson learned, however. I will never return. It's sad to see that the management of this Wendy's has not learned a lesson yet. Reading other reviews posted here, many have had a similar experience. Time to clean up your establishment! read more

I think Wendy's could be my favorite fast food place. The burgers are great, and the chicken breast sandwiches would put most good restaurants to shame. Unfortunately, a few times I have walked in and just walked out because of filth. Lots of flies buzzing around, tables dirty, restrooms a mess, etc. Because this is the only Wendy's in this area, and I do so much like their food, I only go here during winter months, as for some reason this location seems to be cleaner then. In my travels I have not been to a single Wendy's that makes me feel that way. This could and should be 5 stars. This location charitably gets 3, cuz there is no 2 1/2. read more

Frosty was delicious, green tea was bomb. I usually order chili cheese fries, but tonight I went for only cheese fries and I was unimpressed to see there was what looked like only a half pump of cheese in the middle of the fries. Also ordered a spicy chicken wrap, and right when I opened the packaging the entire thing falls apart- INCLUDING the skin detaching from the chicken. The food was fine and the teenagers working there were nice enough. What surprised me was just how dirty the restaurant was. We stopped here for lunch while traveling. It was 3 pm on a Sunday. The restaurant looked like there had *just* been 100 people eating lunch. As far as fast food is concerned, Wendy's was our last resort - until recently. Today it took my husband 45 minutes to order 2 burgers with ONLY extra pickles & onions, large fries, & a large coke or pepsi to go! Mike said 5 people gave up & left the premises. When Mike returned to car, what did we get? Burgers with everything on them! This simply proves that to Wendy's ordering burgers IS ROCKET SCIENCE!!! Fast food is very time consuming & rarely do you get what you ordered! In this instance we were so starved that consumed whatever was served. Such will not be the case in the future, as we will either eat at home or dine at a real restaurant which has at least a few brains running the operation. It is sad to recall what Wendy's was back in the decade when it first opened. Then it was actually good - and fast! Alas, the USA is "dumbing down." read more
