I wish I read the reviews! The truth is it is much, much worse than can be described. The restaurant is so dirty, and the service was slow. I knew I should have left but figured, "how can you screw up a burger and fries?" With expectations beyond belief! Totally disgusting burger and here is a hint, change the oil to the fryer! How you have people sitting in line for over 30 mins, take one order at a time and letting one car go and then waiting 3-5 mins to take the next order and then you just close 15 mins early is beyond me. They had everybody sit in the drive thru waiting just for 12 to get to the window and the drive thru play an automated message saying that they were closed. Bacon double Stack came with no bacon and the chicken sandwich was old and had holes in the wrapping like it had been tossed and thrown everywhere. We have lived in Sandy Springs going on two years and I have come to this location at least 5 times and the service is ALWAYS poor and the teenagers that work in the evenings don't prepare the food properly and have the worst attitudes. I ordered a 4 for $4. My jr bacon cheese burger had one small "strip" of lettuce. My fries were old and tasted like they were dipped back in the grease and fried again. I went here last night. This was my second visit in 6 months. I was hoping they'd have gotten better but no. The reviews saying the orders are wrong, they suck are accurate. The first time I visited, I ordered a Dave's single. Which is a burger. I got home & found what I think was a flat, breaded chicken patty smothered in some kind of sauce. Nowhere near what I ordered. We went last night & had a coupon so I figured we'd try again. We checked the order before leaving this time. We had a bacon jalapeno cheeseburger & a Dave's double. Both combos. They gave us both our sandwiches & then I assumed we'd get the drinks. They didn't give them to me until I asked & then she looked around just picking up the cups like hm I think this looks like it. Nobody had masks on. One girl had it on her ears but not her face. They didn't give me a receipt. Probably so I couldn't do the survey but I didn't realize it until I got home to do the survey. So I grab the bag & drinks & pull up a little so the car behind me can get their stuff while I checked mine. Bacon jalapeno had one jalapeno. No bacon in sight. Dave's double had a measly piece of lettuce that covered 1/3 the sandwich & no onion, no tomato. I pulled back up & they seemed annoyed I wanted my order fixed & said we'd get fresh everything. The girl who fixed it said oh we don't have tomatoes. That's why you don't have any.... Yet nobody thought to mention that when I ordered a sandwich with tomato? And she was surprised I ordered the sandwich with all of the toppings. They gave us back the order ensuring us the fries were new too. Except they were lukewarm so pretty sure they weren't. Learned my lesson. Never going back. Don't waste your time here. Next time I want fast food, I'll go to chick fil a or five guys for a burger. read more

Ordered 2 large pretzel bacon pub chicken sandwiches combos with no bacon. Food came out within 15 minutes which is usual for Wendy's. The burgers still had bacon on them as well as the fries weren't fresh as Wendy's typically sells them. This was my first time trying the combo and I wasn't impressed. Im not sure what sauce is in this sandwich but it's a hard pass for me. It's giving garlic aioli and mayo like I'm not sure what they were aiming for but sure. I pulled into the drive through just before 11pm and there were two cars in front and admittedly it took a little long but it looked like there were only two people working which makes the wait understandable. The man who took my order genuinely apologized for the wait and asked what I would like with the kindest smile! I placed my order and he clarified any specifications and said he would get it out asap, and it really took him no time to bring it to me and the food was very hot. I ordered a large pear berry tea with NO ICE. I left the drive through and went to shop at another store. She didn't ask me what kind or size I had before telling me that the tea I requested was "not even the same price".. Which it was the exact same price from what the menu I was reading said. Then she had an attitude about everything saying that it's the same tea that I already had. Which it wasn't because I first ordered pear berry that was made incorrectly & I was requesting to exchange it for the kiwi apple flavor. I was very nice. I'm not sure why she was so rude. We came to the window and saw the lady who was so rude. We asked for a manager & the same lady said that she was the manager. She would not tell us her name. She wasn't wearing a name tag. No one gave me a receipt. No one said hello. No one used any proper manners. No one apologized for the behavior or for the tea being made incorrectly & still served. Furthermore the lady who said she was the manager did not have one single WHOLE tooth in her mouth. I cannot believe Wendy's would hire such a rude person or a person with a whole mouth full of rotten teeth. She was rude to the other workers & yelling at them like dogs. A couple of the other workers were laughing along with the "manager" like it was just hilarious to insult customers and not be polite or considerate of others. The manager walked away from the window and then looked at us and asked why we were still Waiting. (We did not have our tea yet.) I wish I could just say "eh it ain't that busy imma just close an hour early and anyone that shows up can just suck it." I'm so mad right now! I just ordered 2 double stacks and a small fry. I asked them to toast the bread because every time I go there the bread is hard and cold. I called the restaurant but got a fax line. I quit going to this location for this reason. I have to go to the one by the perimeter mall to get a decent burger. Not to mention the staff is so ghetto.
