Did dine in and it was the worse fast food experience ever. The fries were cold, the nuggets were stale and the Dr Pepper was just disgusting. I asked for the manager who introduced himself as Dustin (could be lying who knows) he just could not have been more noticeably annoyed to talk to me. He did not talk with manners. He was not respectful, and he continuously rolled his eyes. Truly a hateful person and truly disgusting food. I cannot imagine living like that. What a trashy bitch! Do not recommend at ALL. Last night around 11:49p I placed a order through the drive thru, granted I do realize it was 10 minutes before closing but this doesn't negate "Christophers" behavior. Incase another employee was signed in and this was not his name this incident occurred on 4/23/24. He is a Caucasian male, bald, believe he had glasses and some sort of mustache. If he is a manager, he shouldn't be managing anyone. He lacks common courtesy, professionalism and also is very poor in cultural competence. I don't see how this type of individual would be capable of leading anyone, but seeing as he was in such a rush to look like count registers he probably is. I hope I have the correct name, as this was the name printed on the receipt that i had to beg for after he acted like he couldn't hear me five different times (when i verbalized when paying, scanning my app, when he shut the window on me twice like he didn't hear me & when I knocked on the window) . But let's back up, as I placed my order, of course he rushes me through it. I'm trying to read it off of a text as I have just moved here to Andover as a travel nurse, and my movers (men) had worked extremely hard that evening getting me settled. So before they finished up, I went down the street to get them so food to provide them with their tip. As I'm trying to read the order and ask for it to be repeated he closes out the screen, so I couldn't double check anything, and that's when I ask for it to be repeated. God forbid! I did such a thing. He's so irritated with me, that a friendly female voice comes over the speaker trying to assist. I pull around, and that's when above issues start occurring. I ordered about $70 worth of food easily, but he told me my total was $50, that's why I kept asking for my receipt, I knew something was off. I attempted to try to check some of the food but as I sat there , making it through two bags he instantly got more agitated watching me. So i decided to stop and ask for a straw I was missing and some sauces I wanted. Why did I ask for sauce ? That became another issue. Keep in mind I tried to ask for sauces I wanted at the speaker and was hurried, I haven't no issue paying for sauce. I was just trying to get my movers fed and show a little extra appreciation towards them. And to add insult to injury and salt to the wound, you already know, the food I received was not what I was trying to order. Two orders were correct the baconator combos. Chen i was placing my order I said a Cripsy chicken combo, a plan crispy chicken combo as well. Of course I get back to the fellas and he put them in as biggie bags, with the small sandwiches. That's where the difference in price was. I did order one biggie bag for my son as well that was correct but he turned half my orders into that. Which is glanced in the bags and it looked small the sandwiches but he wasn't going to fix it , so I gave up and was hoping It was was a oversight on my end. Plus the straw and couple sauces I needed I sat there as he looked at me, ignoring me, telling him I needed something else. He just continued to look at me and count. The lady came around the corner and pointed at the window saying I needed help, he ignored her twice. Shrugged his shoulders and continued. She came over unlocked the drive thru window , she was having a little trouble , she asked for assistance he ignored her. She finally got it. And apologized asked what i needed. I told her, "thank you for not ignoring me, Im so sorry. I need another straw and another honey mustard". She gave it to me no issues, said something to him and he got snarky and said, "I gave her one already". If you hate your job that bad , maybe it's time to consider placing applications elsewhere. Because Christopher if you came through a ER I was working as a Nurse with chest pain with presenting a heart attack, a broken bone, anything medium level and it was 10 minutes before I got off, would it be appropriate for me to not implement any type of life saving measures or protocols because I was getting off ? I bet you wouldn't be okay with that. You or your loved ones would want the best care possible regardless of the type of day I had or what I have maybe going on personally. I would advise you to leave your sense of entitlement at the front door before you come to work. Better yet before you interact with any customer. You never know who they are, when you may see them. Worst Wendy's experience ever!!! I just spent over $30 for two adults and one child for everything to be wrong, cold and just plain terrible!!! The burger was cold and not fresh at all like they are supposed to pride themselves on. The fries were cold! The new saucy nuggets had barely any sauce on them and I asked for ranch dipping sauce which they didn't include. Finally my special needs daughter wanted a cheeseburger with only cheese, nothing else. They didn't even include the cheese. How hard is it to make an order correct and take pride in your job? I've never been a big Wendy's fan, my daughter wanted to try it so we are here. First time is many years. The service has been great. Every workers has been incredibly polite and friendly. Wendy's is BACK. The Andover Wendy's used to be excellent many years ago back when they had the super food bar or whatever it was. Then later on they got rid of the super food bar deal and it seemed like the quality of burgers/fries etc. seemed to go down. The burgers were not so good, fries always soggy, etc. Now the Andover Wendy's had a recent renovation, and I notice the burgers and fries are back to being good again. A couple days ago I stopped by and got a double burger with bacon, fries, and a Dr. Pepper. Everything was fantastic! The burger was great, fries were crispy and delicious. I waited for 30 minutes in the drive thru tonight. I ordered a cheeseburger combo with no ketchup on the cheeseburger. Got home and the only thing on my burger was cheese and ketchup. Nothing else. I was also asked by the girl taking my order if I was the last person in line. When I told her no she asked how many cars were behind me. It was 7 pm. I'm done with the Andover Wendy's. Brand new remodeled store, so I expected it to be good and I was wrong. It was cold and rainy today and they had no heat in the dinning room. It was as cold as outside. I was the only one in line to order, but all 8 employees were working the drive thru. Although every employee looked at me standing there, nobody said nothing. Only one guy was apparently allowed to take my order and I had to wait for him to use the bathroom. You cannot mess up a Biggie Bag order, as the food is already picked for you, but he did. After he finally fixed the order, he walked away. I had to ask him for a drink cup and he looked confused. The drink machine was self serve and I figured it was brand new and would have no problems. Well, I was wrong, the Mello Yellow was not right due to a carbonation problem. The ketchup dispenser was not working and the staff acted surprised when I asked for ketchup. The dispenser was not just empty, it appeared to have never been set up, I guess because of the Corona Virus. The staff should have known and offered ketchup when I was at the counter. My fingers are now toooo cold to keep going, it has to be 50 degrees in here. Check out my smashed sandwich. I will try to upload if I can thaw out my fingers. I was looking for a quick place to eat and saw that this Wendy's was the closest that seemed good at the moment. It had very poor reviews so I was questioning whether or not I should eat there. I decided to go because of how hungry Iwas and when I went inside I was treated oh so very nicely by a woman named LeAndera. She had no problem making my fries without salt and gladly delivered them to me. She had great customer service which made my day & I would be happy to go back anytime for more of her kindness. It has been years since I have eaten at Wendy's. I couldn't remember why I stopped eating here. Now I do. Their burgers and fries are decent, but stay away from their chicken sandwiches! They are slimy and rubbery; definitely microwaved. I'm not even sure it is cooked all the way through. Major YUCK factor! I'm a little woozy now thinking about it. This meal cost me $7. I have never seen such rude people as the managers working there today. They were extremely rude to an elderly woman who had purchased two family sized chili buckets. She kindly asked for for a few chili cups to use for her large purchase and the rudeness exploded. The lady nicely asked to speak to the other manager and was told "NO" After asking several times, the manager came out on her own. She made a very evil face and told the woman "look, we don't give bowls with family size!" Having been A store manager for 12 years and a customer service manager for five more, I could not stay silent. I said, "Can we get the number for the owner please?" The manager looked at me with a face that said, "were I closer, I would hit you!" And she screamed "YOU HAVE NOTHING TO DO WITH THIS! I LEAVE Or I'LL CALL THE POLICE." I tried again to get the owners number with the same result. The police tracked me down at the DMV in the same lot. I showed then the video and they thanked me and left. I've never eaten here without being disappointed by 1) Cold fries and burgers, 2) bad service (really, they are quite rude) and 3) a basic lack of organization. Absolutely the worst restaurant in town. Staff are absolutely incompetent and management is downright rude. Screwed up my order and then refused to make it right. We were shorted 3 items, one of the fries was only a third full and we didn't get a receipt. Came back after driving all the way home to let them know and the manager told me I'd have to pay for the items they had forgotten. Horrible. read more

I usually go through the 'drive thru' window. I now check my order before I leave the window, because too frequently when I get home the order is not right. Really, I guess you should always check your order at everybody's drive thru. I've gotten items that I didn't order, and sometimes I am missing items that I did order. I also think the the french fries here usually have too much salt. I do think the Wendys french fries are good though, and better than the ones that they used to have. read more

This Wendys has been through a lot...but they have really come full circle...they are serving fresh, hot food now with a smile. Now, if they can change the curb appeal by trimming the tree that blocks there entire sign on the front of the building... I have never been to a worse Wendy's in my entire life. I ordered a Smoky Mushroom Bacon cheeseburger and my whole families dinner was $30 and I had to take the first hamburger back because it was COLD and then it took them 15 minutes to bring another sandwich probably worse than the first. I can't believe how stupid they are. I ALWAYS liked Wendy's although I thought they were high priced but I can guarantee I won't buy anything else from this location.
