Passing through and needed to grab lunch. Easy entrance and parking. Customers but not super busy for weekday lunch hour. I appreciate not being forced to order on a kiosk and the menu board was easy to read and choose from unlike some competitors that assume you have your order memorized and don't need to see the menu! Cashier was nice but pretty slow, but our food was ready pretty quickly and was very good! I tried a new jalapeño burger and it was tasty. Dining room was clean. Counter service was poor. Very inattentive to customers, low communication skills "'what do you want", then ignored me when trying to order to talk with someone else, then asked same question. The back folks was very busy and working hard. There are better Wendy's in the area. The one in Schnecksville hits all the marks with friendly service, better food quality and a clean restaurant. Having a self order Kiosk would benefit those restaurant like the one in Schnecksville. read more

I had a very disappointing experience at this Wendy's due to the behavior of the manager Nick on duty. Nick was rude, unprofessional, and dismissive when I brought up an issue with my order. Instead of listening and trying to resolve the problem, he seemed irritated and rushed me away. It's clear they lack basic customer service skills, which sets a poor example for the rest of the staff. I've always enjoyed Wendy's food, but experiences like this make me reconsider coming back. Management training in customer service is desperately needed at this location. I am looking forward to finding out who the owner is. If it was me he would be terminated immediately. read more

Thought they prob have onion rings so I stopped to get an order but they don't have onion rings so decided to try jalapeno popper sandwich. I didn't like jalapeno popper sandwich, maybe because of cheese sauce. I like spicy chicken sandwich but jalapeno popper sandwich was kind of gross not sure why. I've been eating at Wendy's for 40 years. This is absolutely the worst experience if ever had! I was the only one art the counter waiting for 15 minutes while the only counter person continually produced orders for everyone else. Drive through, mobile pickups, you name it. The conditions looked dirty. During the time I was waiting more than one customer said the ketchup was out in the dispensers. The manager heard, so I figured by the time I got my food it would've been rectified. Nope. The food I did receive was cold. Amazingly bad experience and one I will remember! read more

Went in to place an order for two baconators. There was one person in front of me. They took his order. We stood there for 15 minutes waiting for them to take our order. Instead of saying anything they were constantly working the drive thru. The one employee walked in front of us several times without saying a word. Two separate people behind us in line walked out. Others behind us were still waiting with us. I finally got frustrated and asked the guy is anyone was going to take our order? He said he was the only one up front and showed us a screen with a bunch of food on it. I guess it was orders but wasn't from anyone in the restaurant. It was all drive thru. We could clearly see three other employees in the back working the drive thru. They were all focused on it and not anyone in the restaurant. I got tired of waiting and we just walked out. I told people walking in good luck because they're going to have to wait until they clear everyone from the drive thru before they'll pay any attention to you. Ordered a breakfast meal today. They had a free coffee offer, they told me to pull around to wait for the meal to be made (no one else was in line), so I asked for a free coffee then since I was inconvenienced. They refused to give me the free coffee because I'd have to purchase a new item as well even though I bought an entire meal already. Complete garbage company, employees, and entity. I've had nothing but good experiences with this particular Wendy's. The workers are quick and polite. The food is neatly prepared and never over or undercooked. The place is clean and outside, the lawn is manicured and kept up very nicely. Out of all the Wendy's I've gone to, this one in particular is my favorite. read more

They all need to be fired. Every time I go there they give me burnt dried out food sometimes cold. They throw it in the bag not even rat

Food was mediocre but I dont expect much from fast food joints.... however, when there is supposed to be lettuce and tomato on your sandwich, you do expect that..... my spicy chicken sandwich had a sliver of lettuce and the first slice of tomato on it and drowned in mayo. This location of Wendy's always confounded me. I haven't had the poor preparation and serious inaccurate order issues some here have reported. But they always did have a greater number of minor order errors than other Wendy's locations. Forgetting to give me dressings/sauces, or giving the wrong ones; giving the wrong sizes of things, like that. And even pre-COVID, they were always one of the slowest-- I remember pre-2020 standing in line more than once with only a few people ahead of me and waiting 20 minutes to get to the counter. Granted, they are probably having staffing issues now, like everyone else. But if I go to the locations in Dorneyville or Texlertown, the drive through is nowhere near as slow. And other chains, such as McDonalds, don't seem to have 40 minute waits in their drive throughs. Recent pandemic and social circumstances have simply amplified an already existing and un-fixed problem, it seems. I've been happy with the food every time, but this wait is getting to be too much. Not sure what's different here, but I wish they could find a solution. read more

Went through the drive thru and everything was fine until an employee standing about a yard from the window started to stare at me. She made eye contact with me and kept shaking her head. I averted my gaze numerous times yet she kept staring. When I was given my food from a separate worker, she continued to stare at me and while making direct eye contact, stated, "closing our damn restaurants." As someone from Asian descent during this Corona Virus pandemic, I've been facing racist remarks and comments. Could've done without the attitude from the worker. This place has been the most disgusting wendys i've ever been to. First off, there are flies everywhere. A fly landed on a bun that was about to go to a customer and the employee or manager just flew it away. Then, people who are handing out food to drive thru don't even wear gloves they touch all the fries before handing it out without even washing their hands. The floors are always disgusting in the dining room and behind the counter. My fries and nuggets were completely cold and tasted old. I was smart enough to check my burger to make sure nothing was in it and of course and damn dead fly was cooked with my burger. I will never come back to this wendy's in my life. I think that is is the last time I will get anything from this place. The fries taste like they have been fried in oxidized oil. I don't think the oil is being changed as much as it should and the chicken sandwich looked as if someone was sitting on it. Never again. read more

Cheeseburger NOT in paradise. It was the Friday of Labor Day weekend. We stopped at Wegman's to stock up on supplies for a trip to the lake house and decided to head to Wendy's for a quick bite to eat. One of the house-goers was on a restrictive diet so I knew that it was my last chance to taste greasy, salty deliciousness for TWO ENTIRE DAYS. We attempted to park and enter the building (everyone knows that multiple orders in a car is always a nightmare) to no avail - the inside of the restaurant was closed. Begrudgingly, we pulled up to the drive-thru. Before I knew it, it was my turn to order and I was embroiled in the classic Wendy's conundrum - nuggets or burger. Time was running out, despite the fact that I was in the car with a guy I had just started dating, I threw caution to the wind and ordered nuggets, fries, and a Jr. cheeseburger from the 99 cent menu (or what USED to be the 99 cent menu, I'll leave that comment for another day). We paid and drove off into the night. After I finally got everyone else settled with their food, my mouth was watering with excitement, anticipating the taste of the crisp lettuce, creamy mayo, and perfectly greasy hamburger patty. I reached in, feeling around the bottom of the bag, moving the fries and nuggets from side to side, my movement became more and more frantic as I slowly came to the realization that THERE WAS NO JR.
