Each of the five courses was very delicately prepared and tasty and I could have eaten more of each one. Thank goodness for the generous bread basket. The meal began with a totally delicious erdäpfelsalat (potato salad) followed by a vanilla and green spargel (asparagus) salad. The next course contained wild broccoli with sweet potato chips and grapes.
