Front loader washer had water collecting at the bottom of the rubber gasket and seemed to be out of balance in spin cycle. Technician showed how the drains were clogged. He cleaned out the clogs and made sure the drum was in round. Offered very good advice on loading the washer to avoid being out of balance. Appointment was easy to make and response time very good. So impressed by the technician and his knowledge. Price? Super affordable for an appliance home visit--$69.99 We have used this company before for our dishwasher and were completely satisfied then. read more

After reading the previous reviews I was reluctant to call Wenatchee Appliance. I posted a request for recommendations on NextDoor. All but one person recommended Wenatchee Appliance. My call was returned promptly and an appointment was made to suit my schedule. Prior to the appointment the service man called to confirm that I was home. Within five minute of their arrival the two servicemen demonstrated their competence by diagnosing the problem. Unfortunately, my washing machine is old and the part needed is no longer available. I confirmed that with a two-hour internet of my own. Based on my experience I would gladly recommend Wenatchee Appliance. read more

George is the owner and he is not someone I would recommend. He does not return calls, is rude on the phone, and will be in and out as quick as he can get away with. He was supposed to install a new stove for us recently and upon one quick glance told us a contractor would have to do certain prep work. After the contractor came to look at it and while on a phone call with George, the contractor told me "this guy just doesn't want to do the work". He didn't even look at the instructions for install (they were still in the sealed bag the stove came with). After the contractor explained to George that the instructions and install template showed different configuration options that wouldn't require contractor prep work, George rudely blurted "well why don't you just install it then"..... Sears appliance repair has been our preferred option. read more

Terrible... was doing Lowe's warranty work on a washing machine.. 6plus weeks of it being down and over 5 times I let them into my home. Had to unstack the dryer myself. Never would test the washer after their service obviously because it still won't work. So now we're taking it back to Lowe's as I write this. read more

Very bad experience. Demanded that I show up to appointment 4 hours early (I was working 40 minutes away) and flat out told me that he would not wait for me because he was headed back to Wenatchee (this was at 9:30am). After arguing, I met him 45 minutes later and he implied that he didn't even want to provide the repair and asked why I didn't schedule the repair with someone closer (I live in Moses Lake). He reported that the part had to be ordered and I have not heard from him since, over 6 weeks ago. Neither I nor Maytag can get him to call back. Do yourself a favor, do not use this company. There are so many hardworking, more deserving companies that need the business in the area. read more

READ THE GOOGLE REVIEWS! (many, many, just like mine here) Last week Home Depot scheduled for this person to come out today, to fix our Samsung washing machine. I read the reviews and I had my doubts if he was coming. Yesterday I called Wenatchee Appliance just to confirm my appointment, the answering machine picked up, and it was a man's voice on a cell phone, but I was unable to leave a message because the voicemail box was full. I called Home Depot Protection Plan, told them my concerns, that I did not think this gentleman was going to show for my appointment the next day, but we decided to give him the benefit of the doubt. I called Wenatchee Appliance first thing this morning, got through to a gentleman (owner?) and told him I was just confirming my appointment today, and he said he was not coming that he had no work order. He flat out refused to come, and was rude and hung up. I called Home Depot Protection Plan back, told them as I suspected this guy was not coming. Bad news is this guy is the only certified Samsung repair man in the area, and if your appliances have issues in the first year you get this guy. Since there was no one else that can service my appliance Home Depot has requested Samsung schedule someone, and supposedly Samsung will call me in 48 hours to schedule an appointment. My advice to all, if your protection plan assigns this person to you for an appointment, refuse. read more
