Pro Restoration One arrived within an hour after reaching out and worked almost around the clock for 2.5 days. We cannot thank Lou enough, he mad an extremely stressful and uncertain situation much less stresful. Lou continuolsy reassured us, that as bad as it was/looked, he would get it cleaned up so we can start the fix. There were times I thought they would just give up, as it was literally like something out of a movie. Multiple contractors and engineers told us they have never seen anything like it in thier lives. We are in the drying and anti mold phase, Lou reassured us he would be back regularly to monitor and treat as needed. Lou explained everything each step along the way, and why he had to do certain things. It ended up being a much bigger project than he expected, but he honored the quoted price. Avoid the big guys with the fancy trucks, Lou and his guys will run circles around them.

Once I did he came by a gave me a price on the job and we agreed on a premium price due to pavers being a special order. I gave him a deposit to start the job and order the pavers. It took him a couple of weeks, off and on, to prep for the pavers. That is where the trouble began. He called a stated that it would be 2 -3 weeks to get the pavers in, could I look at some other pavers he had for less cost. I said ok. After looking at them I told him that we didn't like the color of them so order the ones we originally pick out. I call him after 2 weeks and asked him when can he finish up the job. He said he would look into it and find out where the pavers were. After 3 days and few unanswered calls, I call the vendor and he stated they were never ordered!!! So I called Duarte and asked why he didn't order them. He said he wanted me to use the other pavers I told him I didn't like. These calls went on for 4 to 5 days. For some reason Duarte was set on installing material that we didn't want!!! This was a waste of time trying to work with someone that didn't want to do what we originally agreed to. I found another mason to finish the job. I ordered the pavers, had them delivered and had them install within 5 days!!! Fortunately for me I did not give Duarte too much of a deposit, it covered most of the prep work he did. I could have gotten stuck if I gave him more of a deposit. I just can't understand why he was hell bent on trying to install material we didn't want.

He gave us a formal detailed quote for his services. Compared to the more prominent local services, his quote was significantly more appealing. Moreover, he was able to schedule service within the first few weeks. His references were impeccable. We opted to select Kyle to paint several interior rooms in our Barrington home. Kyle kept in constant contact leading up to the date we scheduled. On the morning of our service, Kyle showed up promptly and worked diligently to complete his task. He was neat, pleasant, professional and expert. After day 1, Kyle has finished the first coat on all of the areas needed. The following week, he returned to complete his work. The painting work was very high grade, no spills, streaks or otherwise. The borders were crisp and the trims exact. Kyle even helped us hang artwork in the stairway which we could not have reached on our own. We fully endorse Kyle Ouellette for his expert, affordable service and his extremely professional style. We'll be hiring Kyle again next spring when we repaint the exterior of our home!

I made an appointment with the above company on February 19 for a February 28 cleaning. I received…read morea text message at 9pm the night before stating that all appointments have been canceled due to weather. As someone who is a supervisor and leads a team on daily basis, I completely agree on ensuring everyone is safe, especially when weather can be dangerous. In the text message the guidance given is to reach out to the company and reschedule. The very next day on March 1 I reach out to the company to reschedule. I receive a text message back two hours later stating that there is an opening on Thursday, 2 March at 12:30pm. I agree to the appointment. The day of, at 12:30pm I text at 1231 and mention that I am home, please advise when you arriving. No arrives, calls, or even sends a text. The company is a no show. I call at 1246 and no one picks up. I receive a response at 2:07pm I'm guessing from the owner since the person never identified themselves mentioning that they have COVID and have been hospitalized since Tuesday night and that there secretary was supposed to reach out to me an led cancel. I text back to summarize my experience and mention that maybe the secretary needs more training and it would have been nice to have received a phone call so I could schedule with someone else. I receive another text message that I felt was unprofessional and telling me that we are all "human" and that "this is not in my hands" and that "I have a second job, I work in a hospital, maybe I get infected there" as there are continuous apologies. Here are my concerns: 1.) When originally canceling the appointment due to weather, sickness, etc it should NEVER fall on the client to be the one to reschedule. Proper customer service entails the company reaching out to the client and making the effort to reschedule. This shows that the clients business is indeed important. 2.) The need to communicate through text message should be limited. Pick up a phone and actually talk to your client. This can help alleviate any misconstrued information and it shows your clients that they matter. I wish I could have experienced what the other reviewers experienced, however, the ball was dropped big time. I'm also in the process of moving out of my condo in two days, and this experience really didn't help.
