Staff speak to you HORRIBLY and the activities are more dangerous than you think! This place is NOT what you think it is. Food? Tastes disgusting. Cold, horrible tasting meals which I wouldn't even call meals! No good options either and the best you think taste horrible too! Can't even stand the food. This place is absolutely horrible and is not recommended. 1 star for sure. I don't recommend going at all and they can't even be bothered to make your bed for you either. All these hour lasting activities for hours. To tiring and as I said some dangerous activities, staff speak to you rudely and food. Hell no. Chefs also have an attitude and don't even ask what toppings you would want on something. DONT HAVE ANY GOOD FOODS. Total waste of money. Not to mention, a lot came with and I can tell this is just trash. Total TRASH. did I mention trash? Also, if you end up going and know what I mean just jump out the window and leave. Wall marks to it just keeps getting worse don't forget about the flood I told you about in one of the rooms. Squeaky beds, squeaky doors, horrible place. 1 second and you wanna leave. Waste of money as someone who stayed for more than a day.

Woooah this is SUCH a fun idea (although even a few days later I still have bruises and my muscles…read morestill ache a bit!!) I took part in the "ultimate wipeout course", but we saw signs for surf school, mounting biking, zorbing, laser tag ...and we walked past the "ultimate high course," although that looked pretty hideous to be honest!! For our course we had to turn up with bikinis and waterproof shoes, and they gave us wet suits, helmets and shorts to help us making it round safely. The staff showed us around the course once...and then let the speedy folks do a timed lap...while a few of us went around again at a more leisurely pace having extra giggles on all of the slides(!) The plunge pools after each slide are FREEZING and are all greeny-brown in colour but it is still really fun sliding into them and doing your best to zoom around all the obstacles and climbing sections. I wasn't keen on just how much cargo netting we had to climb along (I think most of my bruises were from that, and I did scrape off sections of my arms...oops...) The highlight is easily the giant balls that you have to bounce off into the plunge pools. I managed to bounce, flail, hit my head on the next ball and then pull off a spectacular belly flop onto my back. This makes it sound hideous, but it was soooo funny! I also LOVED the rocket launcher slide - Actually I really enjoyed all the slides. So yeah, if you are planning a hen/stag event or just want to have a giggle with your friends, this is a really fun option.

After much searching online for a cheap activity company in the Llangollen area I settled for Safe…read moreand Sound Outdoors who were the cheapest, though not by much. The company were very difficult to get in touch with as the mobile phone number provided on the website is rarely answered, however, once I finally got through, the staff were VERY helpful and accommodating. They even agreed to offer me a 10% discount if I booked for a group of four or more. After much deliberation I chose a half-day (3 hour) Open Canoeing session for me and my partner costing £90 in total which, had it not been a special occasion, wouldn't have been spent. On the day, the price tag and all the hassle of organisation was forgotten thanks to a friendly, knowledgeable and approachable instructor called Hillary. Canoeing was very enjoyable, even on the calm Llangollen Canal. I felt I had really learned something and I was surprised to find that the lesson had been so much fun that I couldn't wait to try canoeing again! My only regret is that I didn't go with a larger group of friends!

The crew was excellent. There was a non-swimmer on the boat and was petrified of getting in the…read morewater that she couldn't reach the ground. First, they identified the non-swimmers with a bracelet. Then the captain went the extra step to give her tips about snorkeling (which was an additional option for free while you waited for other groups to go under water). On top of it all, they catered to the non-swimmers by bringing the scooter to the individual instead of making them find their own way to get to the scooter. They really went the extra mile to help her out. As for the excursion, I found myself paying more attention to the scooter than the scenery and lost the nice views under water.

It is situated up on the cliffs above the small broad haven beach, the otherside of bosherston lilli ponds. Its has so much charm and beauty. A couple of seconds walk and your on the nation park coast path and greeted by the most wonderful views, the best in wales along side the views of the preseli mountains as reviewed on this site. It is near millitary ground st Martins, but they are hardly ever using it, there is a little station box on the coast path that if it was in use would have a barrier down etc. But this is never the case. The campiste has a basic toilet block with 3 toilets for each, but no showers. This is no problem realy and olny adds to the natural and rustic charm. And having the sea so close, your always in it, so a salty wash is always best!, But if a shower is in need of, there is a shower around the back of the toilet block in the national trust car park that is just over the hedge to the campsite. This is a only cold though and meant more for a rinsing after being in the sea. The owners who own the most stunning farm house and out buildings that have been converted and can be rented, are extremly friendly. and do regular checks of the campsite and facilities. They walk past, give a wave, and have a chat. A realy friendly family ortientated place. One time i was there, there owner made me stop putting the awning of my camper van and made me watch the setting sun with him as it dissapeared over the disstant horizon. Perfect! The views are breath taking.. and the campsite at night is beautifully quiet.. This really is heaven! hearing the sea crashing, and watching the stars that are mega mega bright above, whilst sat in the doorway of the awning with a drink in hand and haveing a good chat with friends!!! yep, sure is heaven!
