Only good thing is when they are open to get money or deposit money but at all other times when you want to use their atm's you get nothing but error messages, when they fix their atm's I will change my rating read more

Wells Fargo Bank - Every atm tells you this here - Banks & Credit Unions Near Me - Paramount, California

Horrible customer service. Every day I come to make work deposits. Ridiculous only 2 tellers!!! There's a lady with dark long hair ALWAYS SITTING DOWN when the lines out the door. Then a guy with glasses who says he's the assistant manager but never helps and also is just sitting at the desk or just walking around trying to look busy. He's rude and every day his excuse is " we're a busy branch ". I don't understand why they don't have enough tellers. Oh yea cause they're forced to create fake accounts. No business line Glad I bank at CHASE !!!!! read more

On todays visit A representative named Gyssel R. Assisted me. I had an issue with my check not being verified by my employer. I currently do not Bank with Wells Fargo but she got her Supervisor Kevin C. involved and went the extra mile to verify my check. I will note It was really busy and handled well under pressure. I Really appreciated their Top Tier Customer service and Professionalism while resolving my issue. I Looking forward to banking with them soon. read more

Today Saturday March 3, 2018 first Saturday of the month and probably those most busiest day for banks with only 3 tellers working the line was out the door and after a 40 min wait to make my deposit they were down to 2 tellers. This is unacceptable and should be addressed with higher management. The teller was very unfriendly and not a person to work with the public. Wells Fargo you have got to do better. read more

Nice bank but literally THE SLOWEST WELLS FARGO IN THIS ENTIRE AREA!!! If you need to see a teller, be prepared to wait minimum 1 hour most days for something simple. The people are pretty nice but aside from the abundance of elderly people and people making really high deposits, you can NEVER just get in and out! Again, if you are seeing the teller, be prepared to wait! :/ read more

Had a wonderful experience coming to this Wells Fargo, which is my mother's home branch. I received excellent service from Gino, who kindly helped me and my mother out with our accounts. I would definitely recommend him as banker because he shows he actually cares. read more

This bank is seriously a joke lol Everyone is sooooo rude here. They might have to re-establish maybe one more time. And try a little harder this time. read more

Jesse Maldonado went above beyond to assist me with handling of my mom's account after her passing. I had made an appointment and he called me the day before to make sure I had what needed. It took about a week for the paperwork to be processed after he submitted it to the department that does the final review. He followed up almost daily until everything was complete. This is a difficult time for me and I'm very appreciative of everything he did to make it go as smooth as possible. Very professional excellent service. Thanks Jesse! read more

The staff and security are perfectly fine with panhandlers and solicitors being outside their entrances and behind us while we use the atm. It's is always a pain going to this Wells Fargo as it's the closest one to me. read more

I wish I could give zero stars. The manager Reggie in this branch is a joke. I went in with half a million to deposit and me and my coworker decided to split the deposits so we can get this done faster. But the manager and one of the tellers was telling us we had to stay with one teller because it wasn't fair to the customers in line. I told him it was not fair to us that we have to wait with one teller to deposit that much money. It ended taking us almost two hours to make a deposit that could of been half the time if we had two tellers helping us. If I am depositing that much money into a business account isn't that just as important? We make deposits of half a million monthly. We both waited in line just like the rest of the customers. I definitely will be contacting corporate. read more

So I walked in at 9AM it's been well over 1:10hr and I still have not been attended. They only have 2 reps to assist all these people which is frustrating. Never again will I come to this location. read more

Let me start off by saying that I absolutely hate Wells Fargo & their hidden fees. I usually cash my checks at US Bank, for some reason, they told me i had to go to Wells Fargo to cash it. The girl working here (i think her name was Jessica) is a nosy derelict, saying the least. Stay in school. I had explained my situation to her & her gave me a blank stare like she didn't know what to do. Then, I give her my check and she tries to get all up in my business asking me "where did you get this?" "how?" and asking all kinds of questions. it's none of your business. then she gave me this stare as if i was selling drugs. when she offered to open an account, i told her I wasn't interested, and she wouldn't give me my check back. it wasn't until i had to yell at her to get it back, just receive it back bent. this is why people hate wells fargo. the hidden charges they don't tell you about and the prissy little brats that work for them. save yourself the headache, switch banks. read more

Worst branch!!! It's always a long wait & very unprofessional & unkind tellers at the desk. I will not be returning to this branch!

Horrible horrible bank!!! Lines are always super super long at any day of the week definitely HATE COMING HERE !!!! Tellers are impolite

Lines are always long, they only have 3 tellers on their busiest days (Saturdays and around the first of the month).... this location needs more Tellers! read more

So this is the third time that my check wont be taken at the ATM and I wanted to know why, so I went in to ask why my checks are not accepted. The girl asked her lead teller and he turned around to tell me that the check was printed badly, which it wasnt. So I asked again, can you look further into the situation. At this point I'm getting annoyed because they're not only ignoring me they're looking at me as if I'm bothering them. I've worked for the same company and received the same checks since 2015. I am currently on disability so my income is fixed. So standing here getting brushed off by these two employees is extremely frustrating. I actually love behind this wells Fargo and I try my beat not to come here because I usually am not helped. They either do not understand my concern and we have to go back and forth until they get it or I'm brushed off as I was today. If I could give zero stars I would but yelp wants us to be polite so 1 star it is. This branch need to let go of those less than helpful people and hire people who are smart and who truly are concerned with the finances of others. I do not feel like they care about help you, they only care about their paycheck. It's sad really read more

Negative Stars!!! The worst branch. The line wraps around the entire branch but yet they only have 2 tellers. Meanwhile 6-8 employees are walking around, laughing and talking. I've never seen such disregard for customers! Ridiculous! read more

I hate coming here. There's always a long line. Not enough tellers. It's like they don't want to take your money. If you have extra time. go to Another city for your services. 50 min on a Monday to reach the teller. Then she said sorry going to break. There down to 2 tellers and there's 16 ppl in line. read more

I love this Branch super friendly! Staff are always Friendly, you have to keep in mind it's always busy so if you don't want to wait or well! Lol Tellers are always nice I haven't been here in about two months i but I always wait to Elizabeth to help great customer service!! read more

Unfortunately this is the only Wells Fargo bank in Paramount. There are always long lines, tellers are always over worked and overwhelmed. When withdrawing money they always ask "what are you going to do with the money?". I don't believe this is a question they must ask to the customer. Specially when everyone in the line can hear you. I don't recommend this location. Unprofessional and mosey. read more

Do not come to this branch if you have another option. Lines are always horrible and although they have nine windows, only three are ever used. Business line has also been taken out FYI. read more

The worse location I've been too. Every time I go they only have 2 to 3 tellers and have 30-40 people waiting. I don't get, . It's ridiculous to wait 30-40 min in line. Horrible never again... Hire more people. read more

Today I was here to Cash my check took me about 35 minutes online ridiculous customer service only two bankers

Had to wait 45 min inline to be helped. After waiting so long I realized why the line is so long. It's because the employees are rude and careless making a mistake that caused me to have to make a second trip. Save yourself frustration and visit another branch. read more

Worst Wells Fargo I've been to. Have never waited less than 30 minutes to talk to a "business banker". Then you get one and they aren't fully competent. Branch manager should be replaced... Considering switching banks it's that bad read more

Horrible service I experienced today at this location. This is the worst customer service I've ever experienced. Just went to cash my check and they gave me the runaround that I had to open an account. They insisted for about 30 min. I told them I was in a hurry to pick up my kid from school and they didn't care. After they got tired of asking they sent me to another line to wait to be able to cash a small check. I had two babies with me and they didn't care to make me wait that long. After I went to the window I waited for another 10 min because they said the system wasn't working properly. I will never go back to that location. read more

I HATE coming to this bank! It's super packed at any time. There were 2 tellers and 4 girls in the back talking. So unprofessional. Then after 25 min I'm next. When I'm about to walk to the teller she says please wait. And now there was only 1 teller. A block over there is a chase which I also bank with. I walk in and there are 3 tellers and 1 person waiting. SUPER FRIENDLY! I am probably gonna close my account and only bank with chase. read more

This bank is ALWAYS packed! Their parking lot sucks as well, maybe because none of these people around here know how to drive or park! I rarely go inside. The only reason I come here is because It's close to home and when I come it's mostly at night before I go out. Wouldn't recommend coming here unless you like waiting inside & outside at the ATM's. read more

Opened a joint bank account with my husband and it could not have been easier! Samantha Jimenez is such a lovely, down-to-earth personal banker. Never coming back! I came in to cash my check and Jenifer who's a supposed manager refused to. Not only that I felt humiliated when she announced to the whole bank my account was overdrawn. That's why I was trying to cash the (Wells Fargo) check. Don't come here. I love Wells Fargo but that's to the experience I'm closing my accounts. read more

I don't know if it is Wells Fargo in general or just the ones I go to. There is always a wait time for seeing a personal banker. All I am trying to do is just get a temporary card and the fact that I have to wait 30+ minutes each time I come to see a personal banker is irritating. Something must be done so that the consumers who have something else better to do, does not have to spend time in a bank. read more

Good service, good attitudes, respectful customer service. I stopped by on accident, but im glad i did

On Saturday Oct 8th 2016 My Mother Veronica went in to Wells Fargo to cash a check she received from a friend that has a Wells Fargo Bank Account. My Mother does not have a Wells Fargo Bank account and is Handicap. She waited in the Express Handicap lane and was not helped . she then called the Rep loudly from the Handicap lane and said she needed help. Another employee told her their is no reason to yell to her co-worker once helped the Rep then told her that the people in non Handicap lane were their be for her and would get served first. My mother has a bad Lower disk and knee problems, she did not go to the bank to start problems, If the employees were having a bad day Or Rush hour as they like to say their is no reason to Behave that way Or even have a Handicap lane that is not going to be serviced. Other customers then looked at my mother with a stink-eye because they made her go in front of the line. Once she got the money and was leaving the bank A guy behind her also left and yelled to My Mother " You Don't Have a Bank account here Old Lady " My Mother came home in Tears and did not even wanna tell me why she was crying. I got it out of Her and that's why I am Writing this review. She will never go back to this Wells Fargo. She should of have never had to go threw this and be put down. I hope this never Happen to another Handicap citizen, ever. Wells Fargo need to Educate their employees of Handicap Benefits. read more

Came by to withdrawal money from my account, and used the Wells Fargo ATM located outside. I was in need of using the bathroom, so I walked in and asked the lady at the entrance "Can I use your restroom" and her response was "We don't have restrooms." Are you kidding me!? I told her I am a WF customer. Didn't make a difference. Seriously...ridiculous! Don't come here! read more

I have a Wells Fargo account and went to this branch several times to make deposits or wire transfers. It's always way too busy, and I end up waiting a long time. I have now stopped going to this branch. Anyway, I am going to be moving my Wells Fargo accounts soon to another bank given their recent fraud against consumers; I don't want to support them any longer. read more
