New teller machines to replace actual teller people.

My hobby is hating people. I really do not like to interact with humans because it's all really annoying. So when Chase dropped their tellers in exchange for automated tellers in the lobby, I rejoiced in the thought that I'd never have to stand in line for checking a balance, depositing or removing funds or any other mundane task. The machine handles checks and cash and dispenses small bills. It also allows you to withdraw large bills in excess of what you could on the outside ATMs. But when I am forced to interact with a person, this branch has the most personable bilingual staff I've ever encountered. And the fees structure of many of their checking products is very competitive compared to other banking institutions. Bottom line: if your transaction can be handled without having to talk to a human teller, use the machine in the lobby. If not, stand in line. Otherwise, quit your whining and be an adult. I will agree that seeing a banker is a wait of an hour or longer, and that side of the business should be further streamlined. Sometimes I just want access to my safe deposit box, and I shouldn't have to wait two hours for that.

A couple of months ago, I caught myself in a verbal altercation with 2 other members in the parking…read morelot... I was spit at and being threatened and didn't feel comfortable having my back to the parking lot. Although the employees of this branch did not witness the interaction they allowed me to shelter inside and complete my transaction even though they were already closing down for the day (doors were locked). The employees were so empathetic and helpful. They took down my info and let me know that they would take action. I was reassured, and the security guard was kind enough to walk me back to my car. Months later, that security guard still remembers me and showed me that they implemented new security procedures for the atm. Every time I come to this branch I am received with great customer service, today it was a young man named Martain. Employees are always approachable and kind. I will always choose to come here. I wish I could remember the name of the security, teller, and manager from that night so they can get credit where credit is due!!!

Find this location very frustrating to come to so I try to stay away. Came to see the notary as…read morealways I make sure to call to see what their availability is like I was told that they had someone openly available so I arrived within five minutes of being notified that. It's always something different where I am given different information in person. On my arrival and advising of the service I came in for I was told that it would be a 15 to 20 minute wait mind you nobody was in the branch. I was advised this as I came in so I would just really appreciate if the communication was a bit more collaborative. I have also had different experiences where I am withdrawing about 6K and am told here to call in advance but then experience a barrier that this withdrawal isn't possible but at my regular branch that I frequent I don't experience this.
