WARNING; Before you read this review you may notice some weird words and misspellings. please note that I am using voice to text I swear to you I know how to spell and I have not been day drinking here either although with this COVID-19 the idea of having a piña colada at 10 AM isn't a bad idea. anyhooo... enough with my corny humor here is my review enjoy This is a very convenient and effective branch office I've never had any issues at all trying to utilize their drive-thru ; Or outside ATMs Actually don't forget that the Have a drive-through so you don't have to walk in to see her tell her I totally forgot about services available the last time I used it was back in 1990 I swear I have to look at the bright side of things and this COVID-19 era and that is one thing that I totally forgot existed is the fact that there is a drive-through or you can talk to a teller with that without actually walking in because I normally would just go in and get in line etc. it's a great service and convenience and it helps keep the staff safe and yourself safe too so next time if you're thinking that I need to go into the bank just swing over to the drive-through section and they actually have two Lanes where you can go and get whatever you normally get done at without having to walk into the bank the only thing that you cannot do it from my understanding is to get coins I had to get a roll of quarters and that is something that you probably need to go in to get

She was personable and pleasant while covering all the ins and outs and offerings of their different accounts. She calmly answered any concerns or questions, and took care of us quickly and efficiently, while maintaining a very friendly and fun conversation. We are just starting out with this Credit Union -- and so far it checks all our boxes for what we need. As for other less-than-stellar reviews, I'm thinking few folks even go into a bank these days. Also, the only ones commenting are the people complaining. I've talked with several people who are members here, and they all have pleasant things to say about the staff and credit union.

To deal with the uneducated, extremely rude customer service center on three separate phone calls left me baffled. The site continued to ask us to call in to verify information. Every time I called in after every single step, I was met with a different person that was completely unable to help. The last one blamed me and said I must be entering my information incorrectly. It was not incorrect. We accomplished nothing today. Taking our business elsewhere ASAP, and I encourage you to do the same.

She told me 'be careful,' multiple times, and was literally threatening, even calling out my name, and saying 'be careful,' over and over. The name on my receipt says Cash box #4 - Ruth, but that might just be the tellers name she was helping. When I walked in she wasn't even at the booth, she was talking in one of the small offices and there were people waiting. I guess we have to wait for her to finish her conversation. Then she comes along and tells everyone where to go very rudely, when we were already in the line waiting. Like really? Don't come to this bank unless you want to deal with a short Hispanic lady with glasses that has a nasty napoleon complex, or if you prefer not to be deal with a massive toxic ego. Judging by the reviews here, I'd say you want to stay clear of this branch and the toxicity that lies within.

I am a long term BOA customer and this location is very nice. There are very nice Drive Thru ATM's…read moreunder cover, which are a welcome sight when the Florida rain is coming down in buckets. I have always had a pleasant experience with the employees and have never had a long wait for a teller. The BOA smartphone app meets the bulk of my needs now and I rarely need to go to the bank. However this location is very nice. Hungry? Worry not. There is a Texas Steakhouse, Toojay's, CiCi's Pizza, and Chipotle in adjacent plazas.
