I am a long-time customer of Chase. I was a customer of Washington Mutual when they were bought out by Chase and I have remained a loyal customer ever since. I have never had an issue with their customer service nor any other issues. In fact, I have always found them very helpful and accommodating. In my particular branch, everyone knows me by name. This goes a long way with me. It kind of gives you the small-town feel while maintaining a relationship with a global bank.
