I thought for sure since I did not make an appointment that it would be a long wait. I was greeted nicely as I entered the branch with a smile and welcoming greeting. The person asked how could they help me. I told them I wanted to open an account. My name was taken and I was told that I could have a wait in the wait area and someone will be with me. I was told there were two representatives that were available to help me, but they were with other people at the time and that there was an appointment ahead of me. I appreciated all that information up front so that I knew what was going on. I sat in the wait area for 30 minutes and then I was approached by one of the bank representatives. She greeted me nicely and I felt welcome. At this time, it was 30 minutes to closing time. However, at no point did I feel rushed so that they could leave. The representative took her time to explain the different options that were available for what I was requesting. She asked if I had any questions. She was very friendly and professional. She engaged me in friendly conversation during the process. She took her time to explain all the details and answer any questions that I had. She assisted me in downloading the BOA mobile app and setting up the account online. I received all the BOA disclosures in printed form. The atmosphere at this branch was very calm and relaxing. This is an older Chase location that is just off of Interstate 4 on Semoran Boulevard…read more It was a convenient location for me to stop and grab some cash from their ATM. I am a long-time customer of Chase. I was a customer of Washington Mutual when they were bought out by Chase and I have remained a loyal customer ever since. I have never had an issue with their customer service nor any other issues. In fact, I have always found them very helpful and accommodating. In my particular branch, everyone knows me by name. This goes a long way with me. It kind of gives you the small-town feel while maintaining a relationship with a global bank. I would definitely recommend this particular location and the bank overall.

This time a Personal banker by the name of Daniel did a fantastic job of helping me out and so am very grateful to him. Ive been going to this amscot for years. Lately, there is a very cynical woman named Tanya, asking…read moremy mom and I questions about the western unions that we receive from my father who is a travel nurse who works out of state to pay our bills. He does overtime and sends us money in the morning so he can go sleep after his double shift. Tanya has had the audacity to ask us on the 1st of the month and through the 10th of the month about what bills we have to pay. She gave us a pamphlet but nowhere in the pamphlet does it say she should ask what the money is for. I have to pay my rent and other bills and this woman had the nerve to stall us and even laugh when we were telling her that she was discriminating us for. My dad has been married to my mom for over 42 years and has consistently sent my mom money to help her pay the bills because my mom and I take care of our bipolar and autistic brother, her son who has special needs. She cant work, is about to retire and my dad helps her pay the bills. I said I had the proof of my bills on my phone and she asked to see them. Like, in what world does a transaction of westetn union require so much. And then she, in an authoritative way, said all amscots would do the same. I had to go to another spot and they said that what we went through is odd because western union does the heavy lifting of questions to the sender. No questions were asked about what the money was for at the other establishment. and Tanya claims she was asked why we were receiving high amounts of money in the 1st of the month but the lady who helped me in another western union place DID not. While we were dealing with Tanya, a girl named Lulu, I think came to give cheap excuses and were trying to stall us, for what, i dont know. My mom has been receiving western union from my dad for years. And its always for bills and groceries. Everything we went through with Tanya, I recorded and im appalled by her cynicism and blatant lies. We are a Latino family who has lived in altamonte springs for over 20 years. I dont know what her deal was but she lied through her teeth. And she needs to not judge, because we have an autistic and bipolar man to take care of and our life isnt easy.
