WARNING; Before you read this review you may notice some weird words and misspellings. please note that I am using voice to text I swear to you I know how to spell and I have not been day drinking here either although with this COVID-19 the idea of having a piña colada at 10 AM isn't a bad idea. anyhooo... enough with my corny humor here is my review enjoy This is a very convenient and effective branch office I've never had any issues at all trying to utilize their drive-thru ; Or outside ATMs Actually don't forget that the Have a drive-through so you don't have to walk in to see her tell her I totally forgot about services available the last time I used it was back in 1990 I swear I have to look at the bright side of things and this COVID-19 era and that is one thing that I totally forgot existed is the fact that there is a drive-through or you can talk to a teller with that without actually walking in because I normally would just go in and get in line etc. it's a great service and convenience and it helps keep the staff safe and yourself safe too so next time if you're thinking that I need to go into the bank just swing over to the drive-through section and they actually have two Lanes where you can go and get whatever you normally get done at without having to walk into the bank the only thing that you cannot do it from my understanding is to get coins I had to get a roll of quarters and that is something that you probably need to go in to get

Two key reasons why we continue to stay : reason #1 safe deposit box services and reason #2 the branch manager Kaprecia. She is extremely patient and has a phenomenal personality and honestly one of the key reasons we will continue to stay as members. It's this type of personal service and welcoming attitude (she knows you as a person not as an account holder) that you cant get at other larger banks.

He was very polite and friendly and seemed to be happy to see us. My spouse had some CDs matured and was debating as to what to do. Jordan explained everything to her eg. When I walked in she wasn't even at the booth, she was talking in one of the small offices and there were people waiting. I guess we have to wait for her to finish her conversation. Then she comes along and tells everyone where to go very rudely, when we were already in the line waiting. Like really?
