Parking in front and behind the building. Smaller lobby area with a new self sign in machine. The receptionists are the best, so down to earth and friendly... they become family. Dr. Booth has the best bed side manner of any professional in the medical field I've ever experienced. Her passion and kindness in any situation is remarkable. I've been going here for routine physical exams, sick visits, immunizations and flu shots. They always get me in for sick visits, common colds and sore throats ... or refills on meds. Dr. John Cox is an old school doctor. I had an on and off ear ache, plus some congestion. I called his office and spoke to Maggie. She discussed with Dr. Cox my problem, looked at his schedule (it was tight) but Dr. Cox got me in at 5 PM tonight. If this isn't dedication you tell me what is!!! I recently had a rotator cuff surgery scheduled that conflicted with my physical appt with Dr. Stuber. This would have been my first meeting. Last time I had this surgery scheduled I had to cancel because of of a TIA. Before that surgery Dr. Ahlman saw me to do a pre-op exam. The phone receptionist wouldnt schedule me for a pre-op visit because I"didn't have a specific complaint". She then scheduled my makeup date for a physical several more months down the line. Eventually when I insisted about getting in the receptionist hung up on me. Not at all like when Dr.Ahlman was there. Been a very bad experience in this transition.

Shortly after paying it, I received a letter from her in which she stated she was TERMINATING ME AS A HER PATIENT!!! I have been without a PCP for over a year now, as it is next to impossible to be find a good practitioner who is taking new patients. My advice - STAY FAR AWAY FROM DR. PAMELA SLOAN!! She is petty and vindictive and NOT someone you'd want as your physician!

The room turned over one and half times and they never called me in, when I questioned the receptionist why they were taking people who just walked in when I had been sitting there for 3 solid hours. He said they were triaging. I like to point out that these people looked no sicker than me. I left without being seen. Don't go there.
