It should go without saying but the staff here all really love animals and it shows. Often I've been sitting in the waiting room with my dog and a vet nurse on her way out the door at the end of her shift will come over just to play with my dog and give him cuddles. My dog can be quite shy, but to see him sooking all over the staff and giving them big kisses, you'd never know it. On your first visit you get a personalised report about your animal. For example they made comments about how brave my dog was getting his nails trimmed and how good his teeth were with the comment "Keep up the bone-chewing!". Very cute. I think the biggest testament to how the staff here treat their patients is after getting my boy desexed, he still couldn't wait to go back into the surgery and see all his new friends. When my dog needed some anti-histamine cream, one of the staff gave me a little sample in a jar for free rather than making me pay for a tube. Their service is just excellent, they're all very knowledgeable and the prices are reasonable.

The surgery is set among beautiful gardens and is hard to miss as it features a gigantic dinosaur at the front gates. The surgery offers a very wide range of services including Puppy Preschool and a washing and grooming service. The business has been running in the local area for over 30 years - a good sign that they provide exceptional pet care.
