I had been off of my med after 30+ years for the first time due to a recent move and needing a new medical office. Prior to even examining me it was noticed I was "foggy" thinking which was due to stopping my med cold turkey after 3 decades. Prior to even examining me fully the PA i saw contacted the DMV for medical review and had my license medically suspended, leaving me isolated without a car; a 75 yo woman living alone. I had to physically move back to Long Island and am staying with family until I can work this all out. Meanwhile, all my clothes and papers and personal belongings are hours away and I continue to pay rent when I cannot go back on my own without a car. Looking for an attorney to help me through. I rolled with it. They scheduled my 87-year-old mom on a day she had an appointment. Too much for her, but I offered to take the slot, provided they understood that my mom's Dr. could make me late They said it was fine. When the Dr. & traffic conspired to make me late, as I said it might, they assured me they were cool with it. Months earlier, though I asked to only see one therapist, they scheduled me with someone else. Their mistake was revealed when I called to confirm. I told them that, though I'd prefer to reschedule, I'd come in to avoid a consequence. Again, they said there'd be no penalty. I believed them. Week after week I was punctual, patient, and courteous, even when my therapist was distracted & multi-tasked. I was NEVER a no-show. Despite my good behavior, they unceremoniously dumped me with no warning, no concern for my condition or care, and disregard for the fact that I had built a relationship with a person whom I thought of as my physical therapist. Their algorithm flagged me & the humans, whom I tried to make part of my family's support system couldn't have cared less. I had received no indication that this was a possibility. Now I have to find alternative care for my mom and myself. They present as caring individuals. Don't be fooled; this place is a heartless business.

And then when patients get aggrevated with the conditions the reception staff make rude loud comments about the waiting room being "filled with moods".... Would definitely NOT recommend this practice location because of overbooking, ridiculous wait times, rude staff, not enough chairs for patients to sit in and no where to park....very bad experience.
