I am writing to say that I have been using this place for years and have always been impressed (…read moremost of the time I had one unusual experience years ago) with the phlebotomists being kind and courteous and skilled, and I have difficulty with having my blood drawn. It is quiet and peaceful and never seemed dirty to me. I was very sorry when my insurance had me go to the other diagnostic place and was happy to come back to Quest in Saugerties when my insurance changed back!

5/5 for PCT's and staff on duty…read more 1/5 for the Provider (Chantal) Upon entry to well now for a (non-driver) DOT Physical Exam I was greeted by friendly staff. They directed me to sign in and take a seat in the waiting room. Drug test went great and PCT's on duty were very professional. It wasn't until I met Chantal the, "new" provider on duty that my experience at WellNow was ruined. As a US Army veteran, I have mental health issues that accumulated in service, As many army veterans do. This prompted the provider to fail my physical examination stating that I need to get documentation from my psychiatrist in order to pass exam. I felt discriminated against as she condescendingly told me, "Well, thank you for your service sir." When expressing the challenge of connecting with a mental health provider on such short notice she says and I quote, "yeah, I know that sounds like a joke". I felt belittled & pushed to the side. I was supposed to start work on May 6th but this now might be pushed back. I felt this to be completely unnecessary for I have been working for 7+ years out of the military without incident. Not to mention your wait times are longer than 2+ hours now because of this new provider you have. I had to get in early and waste my day in order to be seen because I heard the wait times were so bad. I got in 8am and left close to 11. There's many other clinics in the area. I would recommend any other clinic when it comes to DOT physicals or non-DOT physicals.

I went there for outpatient surgery with Dr. Marici. All the nurses and staff were super nice,…read morefriendly and patient and were very caring. I was told to go to 1st floor, DON'T. Start on 3rd floor. Otherwise, you will be walking around wandering. Signs not to clear but staff and other patients very helpful in finding. Check in was smooth and fast. Room was warm for me. Cold for others. Bring a blanket, I've seen thicker scarves. They will bring you a blanket if you ask. They provide a locker. Also bring a bag for clothing (not comfortable putting on locker floor). They will provide a number that will be on overhead monitor stating patient in surgery. DON'T pay attention to it. My husband left for a little while. When I called to ask where he was, monitor stated, I was in surgery, I wasn't still in hospital room. However, surgery went well, staff very nice and professional. Truth: I was there because of Dr. Marici. I've had 3 colonoscopies at NDH so I would rather go there.

I discovered, Catskill Cryo by chance and now I am a weekly regular. I've been intrigued by Cold plunges for a while and thought Cryo would be a great alternative. Now I see, Cold plunges as the alternative to Cryo (especially with Nitrogen Based treatment -which Sandy has!). My body feeling 10 years younger, my recovery time is quicker, inflammations gone, and my mental health is stronger. I credit a lot of it to weekly Cryo Treatments. It has been a blessing to find Catskill Cryo. I've been to over a dozen other locations around the county but nothing that compares. I also now do a monthly IV Treatment with extra Glutathione.

There are currently (5) providers to choose from, they have multiple locations in Chatham, NY and Valatie, NY. The Chatham location has expanded hours on Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, did I mention Saturday mornings? Yes they have office in Chatham on Saturday from 8:30am - 12:00pm, but call to verify, sometimes they do not have office on Saturday if no patients show up. Walk-ins welcomed on Monday/Thursday 8:30am-9:30am in Chatham Walk-ins welcomed on Tuesday/Friday 8:30am-9:30am in Valatie You will need an appointment outside of the walk-in hours!!
