I got to know them when a friend of mine brought me a groupon for the hyperbaric oxygen chamber. I am a person who thought that I have felt traditionally claustrophobic, But I found the chamber to be large open comfortable and very relaxing and Melissa is so knowledgeable and attentive, so if you need anything while in session, she or whomever is on staff can accommodate you. When I went in it was the products on the shelf that grabbed me. The very best of the best and quite a few of them I was familiar with and the prices are barely marked up. I returned a couple of times to buy supplements and saw an advertised special for laser lipo with a detox bath. Because Eric and Dr. Eva are some of the smartest people you will ever get to know and because they are so accessible to customers, they have done an amazing job teaching Melissa who is so warm and kind and passionate about the well being of others, made sure that I knew alllllllllll about what to expect and how to make it even more impact full using the supplements. I have lost weight and inches. I feel lighter and am way more energetic. The gut issues that I was having have begun to heal I am not bloating after every meal or snack, And I am more empowered with information for my gut health and my liver then I ever thought was possible in an hour long conversation with Eric! Received a 60 Deep Tissue massage from Nathan Orr. Best Deep Tissue massage I had in ages. Nathan has magic fingers, very attuned to your body! I didn't have to tell him where my aches/knots were. Very professional and kept chatter to a minimum. Responded to your questions and conversation, but focused on giving me a high quality massage. I think the Masseuse was great, but I have a problem with how they handle Groupon Vouchers. According to the receptionist, you can only use one Groupon Voucher per service. There is no mention of that with Groupon when I purchased my second Voucher. The receptionist was rude and told me that they started having clients sign a sheet when they use a Groupon voucher so that we are aware of their policy. Bottom line because of how I was treated, I will never return even though Nathan was one of the better masseuse I've had. I get massages often. It's obvious that they use Groupon to gain new customers. But I only found out about their policy when I called to make an appointment for my massage. It's false advertising, and they're blaming Groupon. Wellness Origin, if you don't like Groupon you feel they misrepresent you, then don't use them. Don't give me excuses of Groupon. I had to pay the difference of the deep tissue massage above my Groupon value. I was seriously considering becoming a member for their massages, but after my experience both on the phone and after my massage, I will never come back. read more

I got a groupon for a microdermabrasion facial here and it was nice. I had never had a facial before this so I wasn't sure what to expect. The esthetician was very soft spoken and explained what she was putting on my face during the facial. I do however think they really layer the products on making for an oily skin. I also got some pimples the day afterwards. I do like the feeling of walking out blackhead free and free of the dead skin cells. The facility is a lot smaller than I imagined but very serene and relaxing once you're inside. read more

So I've been suffering from some realllly bad back pain - from both posture at work and working out. I found a Groupon for Wellness Origin and decided to give them a try. I'm so glad that I did! Although Nathan was running about 15 minutes behind, he did not rush through my service and really took his time with discussion prior to the massage and after. He actually listened to my concerns - which in my experience, other therapists don't always do - and made sure to spend specific time focusing on that area. Afterwards, he spent time showing me specific stretches to target my problem areas that he recommended doing daily until I return. He knows what he's doing! Worst service. After treatment, I got so many small small breakouts. I waited 3 days to give some time to heal. I called in katie and she said its process of detox. But its almost 20 days,i have same itchiness and many breakouts thats not going away. i called her and she was marketing about her skincare products and some off the market pills which are not fda approved. I am really upset on jow she hung up my call saying she has other client to attend. its really unprofessional. Had to cancel my facial due to my esthetician not coming in since she decided the roads were too "bad", yet keep in mind, everyone else in the spa made it there "safely". I was even going to drive 45 minutes to go to my appointment because that's how "bad" the roads were. Knowing my esthetician wasn't going to show up today I asked to reschedule it for Monday (since that would be the only day I'm off next week) and they couldn't even reschedule me on my only day off. I've had 3 massages here with Nathan and all of them get better than the last. I always look forward to coming there knowing I'm going to get a full 60 minute massage rather than just a 50 minute massage from other places. He's very professional and really listens to what you need. I'm usually hesitant to pick male therapists but I'm very comfortable with him and the rest of this place. My husband has been to Alicia and he feels the exact same way about her- he loves her and her therapeutic touch. Only down side is the price point, it is just a little too high. We would go here all the time if we could afford it! So we are extremely happy that we got a great deal for the first 3 massages but doubt we will be back if the prices are still super expensive. read more
