My masseuse didn't even ask me what I was looking for at the beginning of the massage. She simply told me to get undressed and lie face down on the table. We left and when we got to the car we realized it needed medical attention, all that the er could do was saline treat it and prescribe antibiotics. My friend not being a local is leaving tomorrow and wanted a refund for the service. We called and they all acted like they had no idea that the incident had happened asking for pictures and saying they didn't know. The lady hurried us off the phone saying she needed to confirm with the masseuse and called us back saying we needed to file an insurance claim. We asked about our cash being refunded and they said a claim needed to be filed first. Being that she's from out of town we don't have time to wait around for that.
