What impressed us for my outpatient procedure was the caring nature of the nurses. Kind and compassionate. If you're afraid of needles, they're careful to minimize any discomfort from the catheter Plus they seemed to enjoy caring for patients. Nurse Patty especially. And you can tell they liked each other -- or came across to us like they did. Minor downsides: Signage isn't easy to see from the street if you're arriving pre-dawn. You can see "Eclipse," the company's new name isn't obvious. And in filling out an online pre-surgery form, options for our surgeon didn't appear. They working to improve their computer issue. Overall, the downsides are minor and probably temporary. The great staff more than makes up for them.

The employee at the front desk was super nice. It did take some time to be seen though; maybe 20 min or so? (I was a walk in though and they did have some appointments). After I was done with their treatment they referred me to an excellent podiatrist that finished the job completely. And they still were keeping in touch with my foot care after I was gone. She is also my mother's doctor, and was also my grandfather's doctor. I dread the day that she no longer practices!

They come after you.. The last bill they sent me was for $9880.00. My opinion is that Pain Relief Group owns the Medical Tox Lab LLC and the Medical DNA Lab LLC. I would tell you not to go to any of the Texas Pain Relief Group Offices at all.

I had a concussion and though they checked for all of the critical more…read moreimportant things like a stroke or heart problem, they failed to send me home with what I really needed, medicine to keep me from getting nauseous. Apparently most doctors will give someone a prescription for these when they have been diagnosed with a concussion but not the doctors at this hospital in the emergency room in the middle of the night. Though they were a lot better than they used to be at this hospital in terms of giving me the help I needed in a timely and caring and professional manner, the fact that they failed to provide me with this one thing and that I had to call another doctor the next day about my nausea to have them figure it out over the phone tells me this organization is still one that could have been better. I continue to rate the major hospital networks in this area in this order, UT Southwestern, Baylor, Texas Health Resources, Presbyterian, Medical City. When I have a choice I like UT Southwestern best and Baylor about the same. The former for most everything and the latter for heart and orthopedic problems. I have my reasons based on a lot of extended family history over the decades in this area.
