Took my kid to our main doctor today and they had to re-clean the wound since it had been done so poorly. They found grass still in the wound from the initial accident. My doc also got my kid on antibiotics since the cut happened on a screw from outside. The care quality here was negligent. Medical staff was friendly. The office staff wasn't particularly warm but they weren't rude and they were efficient. The office looked clean.

If you are going to dismiss patient concerns and just assume you know everything (which she does not, nurse is clearly a dumbass), then get out of this field. Obviously we will not be going back...
