Refused to include promised 22 gauge appropriate extension cord and substituted it with old, filthy, burnt inappropriate cord. Accepted credit card for deposit but then refused to take credit card for balance. Nothing in writing states deposit is not refundable. Which he then claimed was the policy.... Nothing in writing states all sales are final. Which he then claimed was the policy... If you're buying a golf cart go to a different place that is a reputable company with clearly written policies!

Sent them my golf cart to fix the wiring, and passed by the shop after they told me the wiring was done. To my surprise, the work was not completed/tested when I arrived (look at the images, loose trim pieces and disconnected battieries- im sure they will come up with some excuse as to why they did that). They refused to test the cart with their own test batteries to make sure the wiring was correct, and went back the following week to deliver a new one for THEM. However, when I came back the second time they seemed to be more focused on running up a $300 repair into almost $2,500- starting with about $450 in labor I did not approve or see perfomed, selling me of their own batteries for over $1,000, and another $800 for a controller which they said was "could" be damaged but refused to confirm if it was. By the way, I supplied a secondary controller, but didn't bother testing the controller I provided (I wonder why). Seems like the typical mechanic shop scam, they quote you one thing and then try to run up a huge tab while unable to prove the work was succesfully completed. Stay away!

We were so appreciative of his kindness at the time. Unfortunately, things went downhill quickly. By January, the backup camera, speedometer, and horn all stopped working. Fast forward to September -- the golf cart now won't even turn on. It's not the battery (it charges fine), but when my mom called Reese for help, he simply told her to "check the fuses" and sent a YouTube video. My husband and I both tried to troubleshoot the issues ourselves, but this isn't our area of expertise either. She's 73 years old and clearly needed a bit more assistance, especially since the cart is still under a 5-year warranty. When she called again today hoping for a bit of guidance over the phone, Reese yelled at her and hung up. She was in tears. This kind of treatment towards a customer is unacceptable. We're local Wellington residents and shopped around before making this purchase because we genuinely wanted to support a local business. I simply wanted to find out when the repair would be finalized. Initially they said it might take up to two weeks. It's already been two weeks, and now they told me it might take up to three weeks, for a repair. I called them three days ago and they informed me that they will repair it that day. It's good to note that the repair on one of the mowers is for a line that they just installed and it started leaking after one use. I really did not appreciate the service experience.
