It was easy to enroll and I was seen immediately, the same happened a year later when I came back for treatment. They have several treatment options and also do pain management. There are groups daily and there's also the Neighborhood Clinic down the road. They do everything to make failure not be an option. These people don't give up on you!!! There's a Peer Navigator who I absolutely adore. (She only wears Chucks and Docs) Out of everyone here, she is the ONLY person who's asked me what name I like to go by. That meant the world!! thanks J!! This place is different and it works!! They also have a system where you get paid to do tasks and come to meet with your counselor. I've made $230 since September. This isn't the 12 Step program you're tired of. This actually works. I was afraid of getting clean due to the withdrawal symptoms... That's NOT an issue here!! My counselor AF is amazing. I was rear ended by a teenager who ran a red light and I had to be seen by a Physical Therapy and was sent to this place as recommended by my chiropractor, but the real licensed physical therapist is not here on a regular basis, most especially when I was assigned to him on specific dates the other week and last week! He did not give me care nor PT instructions! only PT aides and receptionist were available to see patients; that is my sad experience with this PT office. So, do NOT expect to be seen by a PT here for there is NONE! no one who will give you care who is a PT! The only ones who will help you are the PT aides, and it seems that I get NO relief from my back pain after two months of "physical therapy" (or pretend physical therapy) at this place. What a waste of time and money.

I found everyone, from housekeeping to the business office, very polite, kind, and understanding of my needs. All staff members were easy to talk with. The food was great, and there were always two choices for lunch and dinner. After-hour snacks were in good supply. The head cook made it a point to visit the floor and ask how the food was. All the nurses and aides were very professional and answered my call light in a timely manner most of the time. The Physical and Occupational Therapy Staff worked out a plan for me to concentrate on the areas needing the most improvement. With the program outlined for me, I could measure my day-to-day Improvement. Even though I had to work hard in the Therapies, it was almost like a country club. There were activities every day, bingo twice a week, and a daily newsletter. I would highly recommend Advanced Post Acute to anyone needing their services.

Things are just in such disrepair that he needs to call for assistance. The remote on his bed doesn't work. The toilet seat slides off the bowl... then there are the two screaming men across the hall. It's terrifying for anyone to listen to that. I just want them to fix their things, and answer The call buttons. I know patients abuse it, but in this case he got hurt because of the neglect.

Which include wooden gingerbread ornaments she hand painted. I wanted souvenirs, so I asked the girls if I can have theirs as mine. Some gave them to me and some didn't. No big deal! My mistake in this was that I saw one of the girls had it in her gingerbread ornament in a basket and I took it out and put it on her bed. Then there's this one girl who they put in my room named Zaclyn aka Z. She accused me of stealing her stuff. They moved her into her own room because she accused me of stealing her shirt, just for her to find her damn shirt hung underneath her other clothes. She held grudges against me. Saying I'm a klepto. She came into my room when I wasn't there and took all my sanitary wash and threw it in the garbage. Then they held a meeting and everyone pointing their finger at me. While praising a girl who accused another woman of stealing and stooped so low to throw her stuff in the garbage bin. On top of that, the director wouldn't even accept me back to the facility. Other then unfairness and the gossips, nice staff and nice facility!
