My partner and I do not live in any state where Walson holds a license. Practicing with us constitutes unauthorized practice. Walson used the group to offer free couples counseling -- documented in Zoom chat -- without proper informed consent or a release of information. She then solicited a separate one-on-one session with me, framed as helping me better understand my partner's experiences, which she instead used to disclose details about her own divorce before billing for the session under Charissa Walson PLLC. When we raised concerns with Kinsella, she claimed Walson had appeared on the Fourth Dimension team page but had never actually worked for her -- a contradiction that delayed Walson's removal from the group long enough for Walson to complete her CSAT credential, which she announced via group text in December 2024. Walson did not respond to my November 2025 records request, in violation of HIPAA and Washington state law. Instead, she text messaged both me and my partner -- who had made clear she wanted no contact from Walson -- to ask that we stop leaving reviews, and to deny that either of us had ever been her patients or that any records exist. I have records. These include Charissa Walson PLLC portal emails confirming both appointments. Portal access was revoked following the records request. Two weeks after Walson texted my men's group to announce completion of her CSAT training, the one-on-one session charge was refunded on December 16, 2024 -- without any contact from either my partner or me -- the same day a written complaint about Walson's conduct was delivered to Kinsella.
