He claimed we were stalling and that he should be paid immediately. He did the job on 7/4, billed us on 7/5 and didn't complete the job until 7/11. He also charged me for generator rental when there was an external outlet available to use. When I called to let him know that I was ok with his corrections and that I would now be paying him he called me a deadbeat. Speaking from experience, anyone who's ever been screwed over by construction workers knows never to pay until a job is 100% done and to your liking or else they'll never come back to finish. I've learned that lesson the hard way and tried to explain that to Mr. Gibbs but he felt it necessary to call me a deadbeat and hang up on me. What a POS?!? I will NEVER use him again and I will also make sure that everyone I know in the Triad area knows about my experience.
