We paid $300 dollars as a deposit and were told the board would be installed on Friday. The service man arrived on Friday with the new board. After two hours, mostly spent on the phone, he stated that the washer had been repaired. My wife placed a load in the machine, and as it cycled, she found it did not complete her wash. She had the same problem. We called several times and received no response. The following Monday, after several attempts to contact Apex, we canceled the final payment. We have not heard from them as of 3.12.26.

He was able to come the next day which he did and was on time. Within 5 minutes he knew what was needed . He then looked for a part which was all we needed BUT they didn't sell it separately so we had to order new motor. I know he did look for the part because he did it in front of me. So it was ordered he was going to go to Tampa the next morning and come to put it in , which he did. Total he was in our house 30 minutes between the 2 visits.
