He was very knowledgeable and determined that the transformer heat was out of spec but didn't need to be fixed. While he was here I asked about a range hood drip pan I was having issues with and he gave me solid advice to pass along to our builder. I appreciated his honesty and wouldn't hesitate to call him again if this or any other appliance needed to be fixed.
