We have a two week old baby in the house along with two other young kids so the sound of pitter patter coming from the ceiling and hallway closet was definitely something we wanted to get taken care of ASAP. They are crooks! They don't stand by their work. Paid $500 for rodent exclusion. They came out in the middle of my roofing project as requested for roof rodent problem. The soffit and facia work was in the process of being installed. The soffit and facia work were completed in total before Weldon Wildlife signed off and completed the project. The last day of the rodent exclusion and completion of the project by Weldon Wildlife the soffit and facia work was 100% completed. Weldon Wildlife did not complete the rodent exclusion as agreed and left the job with holes around the new soffit and facia work.....OF Course the rodes]nets returned. I asked Weldon Wildlife to return and when they did. They argued with me that I had new soffit and facia installed. The did not believe that the work was completed by the time they left the job site. The OWNER said we would not have left the job like this.......he did not believe me and argued that HE WOULD NEVER LEAVE A JOB LIKE THIS....but the did and I have the photos to prove it..... I had a trapped squirrel in the attic and did not want it to be killed, but I needed it removed. I was totally mislead by the salesperson. The results were that I spent way too much on my squirrel removal and sealing of my attic. The job had to be retouched a couple of times and the salesman was let go. I appreciate the owners efforts to resolve the issue, but this did not help me, and did not reduce the cost. Today, months later, we did find the poor little squirrel in one of the traps they left behind. So, $1100 later, and the squirrel still died. read more

I had a rodent issue at a building and decided to use Weldon I was told that the issue would be solved within several days it dragged on for at least six weeks and they were never able to control the rodents. I had to hire another company to take care of the job They drive up to the building each time with a gigantic truck emblazoned with wildlife removal service. I thought I was having a problem with rodents in my attic. As it turned out, I did not but Weldon did find a few places to seal off. They came back a couple of times but never found an issue. They suggested that my insulation needed replacement so I had them do the job. They did use subcontracters who did a good job and cleaned up after themselves. During the work Jeff the owner came by and inspected. I had a little glitch with a can light in the celing when the insulation was installed. Jeff came by right away to inspect it. He said it would be fixed the next day, and it was. And it was inspected by Yancy as well. I apprecaited the follow-up to make sure everything was corrected. read more

I am torn writing this review. Part of me wants to get into the gory details of exactly how this team when above and beyond to trap and rid every single rat that made it into my 100 year old house, but if you are dealing with pests in your house- you probably want me to spare you. Over the holidays, I had a new baby and rats. Horrible. Also many rat friendly entry points (they can squeeze into a hole the size of a nickel) and a very freaked out new grandma visiting. Yancy and all the wonderful guys at Weldon responded to every single text message promptly, showed up when they said they would, were unfailingly friendly and professional, and did thorough work until the entire house was safe and cleaned from the visitors. When I got the initial quote for their service, it was more than I wanted to spend but it included a year of service plus I could tell from the reviews they would take care of the problem until it was done. I did NOT want to waste money to not handle it completely and I did not want to mess with traps or any of the gross aspects myself. I will be purchasing a Weldon subscription for service (I think it's $129 a year) until I leave their service area!! Do not even think of hiring another company. They will handle whatever problems your house has and take 100% care of the issue as well as be great with you through whatever emotions you may have about it THANK YOU GUYS & especially Yancy the team manager, I have never worked with a service person so on top of communicating what I could expect from the team. read more

Dec 2014. Had a major rat problem in an expensive waterfront property. Weldon came fast and fixed and went. Problem solved for over $600. Happy customer! Well-done! Dec 2015. Same problem same hi end property. Rental guests reported mouse in upstairs bedrooms. Called Weldon around midnight and left a message. No call back. No contact. Nothing from Weldon next day. Contacted SUNCOAST at midnight and they answered the phone...AMAZING Tech was at property next day and found 6 areas of penetration on roof. Suncoast rep reported that Weldon came by unannounced (very poor form) Suncoast solved the problem, 24/7 answer the phone and stay in contact, PROFESSIONALS! Let me start from the beginning. I bought a home in early May, about a week after closing we learned there are raccoons living in the attic. After interviewing two companies, we chose Weldon Wildlife to perform all the removal and repair of the home. One bill was $2280, another bill was $1180 and then he sent in a third bill for more materials and Labor at $520. The work included closing off all of the outside roof vents, trapping the rodents and sanitizing the contaminated areas. There were no issues with fixing the roof vents, trapping of the rodents, that they did with no issues and the work was performed as expected. BTW, he did also say that if I wanted a good cleaning, he as a family member who could do it for another $450.00, I told them i'll call servepro instead. The major issue I had was the spraying to kill all the fleas, removal of the contaminated insulation, feces, etc. and spraying of the antimicrobial to rid the urine smell. Needless to say, I spoke w/him on Thursday, June 18th, 2015 and he claimed the house was good for move it. We went over and the house still has fleas, smells of urine and there are feces droppings and debris all over the garage. I wish I could upload the pictures so you can see exactly what we are encountering. After spending so much money, I'm not even sure if he cleaned the attic before the new insulation was poured in and with the flea issue still being present, I'm sure there will be recurring issues with the quality of his work. My sister put out some additional flea bombs to rid the house further of fleas. Apparently this guy Jeff outsources his work to others, so while he says he does it all, he does not. I also intend on writing the better business bureau and angie's list. Apparently he is listed on both. Jeff's a nice guy, but poor quality work and out of his element in this area. PS - don't expect them to return office calls or follow up with detailed invoicing as well, they also want payment in full up front. Thank god I used American Express!!!! read more
