The shop is clean and lively, packed with exotic cars and is located in a nice area. The job took about two hours and the tech was kind enough to explain the job and even took care of an unrelated software glitch that the car had. Overall the sound is good, with nice bubbles. The throttle reposes has improved. On the highway the difference is minor but in the city it's fun to drive with windows rolled down, you can hear nice pops. If you wash your car more than once a month, the unlimited plans are a good deal. They also have self-wash bays, though I've never used them. Employees are always friendly. Before I went to pay, I noticed a framed sign on the wall showing that inspection costs were around $40 (they were charging me $90!). I asked the lady at the desk about the price difference and she grabbed the framed photo from the wall and tossed it behind her. It literally read like a sitcom skit. Grabbed it off the wall and threw it behind her, giving it a bit of a spiral as well. After some research I found that $90 is the going price for around here, so I'm not too upset about the costs. Still feeling really weird about the whole encounter though. They also tried to up charge me on a ton of services. They told me certain fluids were low that I knew were not. And they told me about items that are not checked in a state inspection. They did get it done in a day as a walk in, though, and I'm grateful for that.

I've used this shop for close to 10 years at this point. There were a couple of times when my car…read morehad major issues that I was prepared to just take to this shop and have them deal with, but they refused. On the first occasion they told me to check with my insurance company first, and on the second occasion told me to check with my dealership, stating that they suspect the issue is covered by some sort of warranty. Their advice were correct on both occasions - following their advice saved me a lot of money on the repairs, even though they lost the business by turning me away. Based on these experience I consider this shop as very honest and have continued to use them through out the years. Their prices for routine stuff like oil change and state inspections, as well as other repairs, are much cheaper than my dealership. They also have a quicker turn around time and do offer rides if you ask them. The employees have been courteous in all the times I've dealt with them. I would certainly recommend trying them out the next time you have an issue with your vehicle.
