Initially, a small pit was left in the concrete next to my A/C unit which left a puddle pooling up on the side of my house. I called Gary, and to his credit he did come back and fix it, but that and the discoloration in the concrete and the noticeable texture marks could all be prevented if proper time was taken in the installation. These are all minor issues. For his price maybe that is what I should expect. What was annoying was Gary and his team left a mess in my yard including food and drinks, an old t-shirt, mixed cement on my fence, a massive rut on my yard from his buggy, and a whole lot of clay which we had agreed would be taken out. Also his team used my shovels and pickaxe - which is totally fine - but then took one of my shovels and Gary ignored my text asking for it back. Pretty dick thing to do. Use Gary's team if you want a job done fast and you don't mind cleaning up after their mess or losing your equipment.

He finally got back to us, came to our home, then provided an estimate to us. We ultimately decided to go with another individual. My son lives on the property as well. He called this company recently to get an estimate on an addition. The owner never returned the first call so my son called again and left another message. The owner called him and told him he is not coming to give an estimate because we are using him. My son asked how we are using him and the owner of this company could not tell him. I could not believe it when my son told me this. So very unprofessional and this company will NEVER receive a phone call from us again and I will be letting everyone know of the unprofessional behavior. An estimate is just that, and is not a promise for the work! I guess because he didn't get the first job, we are not worthy of anymore estimates from him. Well good riddens!!!

Last Wednesday (2/26/2025), he told me that he would come out on Sunday (3/2/2025) (i.e. FOUR day's wait), at 10 or 10:30am, to check on a leaking water line. Well, HE NEVER SHOWED UP, nor did he even have the decency to give me a courtesy call or text, to let me know what happened and/or why he couldn't make it (and he could have easily just rescheduled the service call, for another time). By 11am, I texted him, but never received a response. At 2pm, I texted him again, and STILL, no response. At 4pm, I called him, and, of course, he didn't answer his phone. I literally never heard a word from him, at all... The previous time [only other time] that he had come to my house, I gave him a $45 tip (on a $105 invoice; yes, a 43% tip), as well as a glowing review here on Yelp, because he had stayed late at my house, in order to fix my water heater lines, and he had also stayed in touch with me, to let me know that he was running late at another job. I had even recommended him to a friend of mine, and now, she's like, "Oh, heck no, I won't be calling him now, because I don't have the time or patience to deal with people like that." So, now, my water line has been leaking for four more days, and now, I STILL have to find someone else to come out to fix it, before I will be able to leave out of town. Obviously, if he had just told me that he couldn't do it, I could have already hired someone else to fix it, in the meantime. But, stupid me, here I was trying to give him some repeat business, as well as some new business (from my friend). Unfortunately, after this ignorance, I definitely can't recommend him to anyone...
