I tested the mower at home and the back tires STILL DO NOT roll backwards (on any surface). The owner of Mowers & More said he put it back to mfg specifications. He would be correct If Honda purposely makes mowers that DO not roll backwards. He refused to rework on my mower per the warranty! Who doesn't stand behind their work and lives to tell about it?

It is so refreshing and greatly appreciated to have an ethical, competent. And even competitive…read morecompany to service my propane needs and in the future all of my HVAC needs as well. I was concerned that after 18 months my propane gauge still read 80%, even though the stand by Generac runs every Saturday at noon for five to seven minutes, and I use a propane stove top for cooking maybe two to three times a week. Everyone at Cunningham was polite and professional even though I badgered Ashley over numerous details with several E mails. I finally connected with Jennifer and scheduled two service calls at an agreeable date and time. 1. The first visit was to fill the tank and Ron took care of that nicely even though the tank only needed a very minimal fill. 2. The second visit was from Lewis who was going to replace the gauge face, but after a brief discussion he pointed out that my gauge was most likely just fine mainly because Ron could only get about one gallon into the tank. After that, I apologized extensively to both Ron and Lewis for wasting their time but both were very understanding and there was no charge for either visit and the gauge is apparently ok. I was also pleasantly surprised that Cunningham does HVAC work and not just propane. I have a firm loyalty to companies that can meet all of my needs and maintain a high standard of ethics, and Cunningham is exactly that company! ...I only wish they could service my stand by Generac as well. But with this well-earned review maybe they will! I certainly hope so. Brian S. Kroll

So grateful to Cunningham Gas Products for their quick response after Hurricane Beryl…read more I cook nearly everything on my gas grill. I feel truly handicapped without it. So, when a tree fell during the hurricane and ruined my existing grill, I was at quite a loss. I do have a gas range inside, but without power, my gas oven will not work. Plus, I like to use my grill for an oven, too. The week after Beryl moved through here, I went to Cunningham to get a replacement grill. Because they keep such great records, they knew exactly which grill I had installed just 2 years ago, and I'm so thankful they had a new one in stock. And, believe it or not, they came out and installed it that afternoon! Now I could really cook! And cook I do on that grill, which is a big made-in-the-USA model. Love it and love the service from Cunningham.

When it became difficult for her to operate, my brother, sister and I gifted her with upgrading her fireplace to a remote control system. Trey was very helpful in the showroom, after looking up the original install, explaining the upgrade would not be an issue and would be easy for their installers to adjust. Just as Trey explained, Randy came out and got her updated and walker her through the easy operation of using the remote. I live n San Antonio, and can't tell you the feeling I received when my mother called very grateful for the wonderful gift my brother and sister gave and how she spoke so highly of Randy the technician in how polite and caring he was in the install and operational instruction. We had a plumber from The Woodlands Heating and Air Conditioning come out to take a look at the gas connection and he informed us that we needed a new kit, as there wasn't one. We stopped into their Woodlands location on Saturday, got all the information we needed, and had installed on Tuesday. Randy did the installation, and he was beyond amazing. Showed up on time, and took care and pride with the installation. I cannot express how happy we are with the product and the service. Highly recommend.

When returning it, we also had our generators on the truck that had failed and we were taking for service. The owner of North Main Tool Rental got out his propane tank and started them both (while standing in the hot sun and sweating)! They ran perfectly. He explained that sometimes when you hook up a propane tank they can get an air gap and that keeps them from starting. He said you simply turn off the tank unscrew the connection, you'll hear a hiss, hook it back up and it should work. May God bless he, his family and his business! He probably saved us a pile money for uneeded repair fees!
