The new location of the gate had a number of oddities that needed to be sorted out like a leaning wall and uneven terrain and a couple of other things. Juan and his crew solved all these issues and went above and beyond to fix the gate, relocate wall mounts, even doing on the spot welding to ensure the gate was solid and wouldn't be broken again.
