He knew what he was talking about so I ended up book a one pest service with Melissa in the Mississauga office. My house has a centipede problem that it's not normal. My sister and I are extremely frightened by them so enough is enough. Melissa was very friendly each time we spoke on the phone. She returned my phone calls within 24 hours when I left her a message. Our service occurred last Friday with one of the service man. I was at work during the time but my sister and dad were there to supervise. The man arrived on time for our 2 pm appointment. The service was quite fast as it was only 20 minutes. We thought that it would be longer because initially we were told the appointment was for an hour. The man sprayed along the base for the exterior and interior of our home. What we didn't like was that he wore his dirty shoes in our entire home. I mentioned this to Melissa and she stated that they are required to wear booties. She did apologize and stated she would let the service man know. The one pest service has a 100 day guarantee and was about $207 including tax. I do find it expensive for a 20 minute service. However, if I don't see anymore of those scary things I will be satisfied. PS: We had to leave our home for 4 hours after the service was completed. When we got back home we had to open our windows for about 20 minutes.

They came and couldn't see any bugs and refused to come to do the treatment despite the fact that my daughter had been hospitalized with her bite. Her entire leg swelled up and was bruised from the reaction. I called them for five day &, even though they promised me they would come the next day to fumigate they didn't even return my calls. This isn't the first time I've felt the treatment was rushed or incomplete. Because my landlord has been paying for quarterly treatments, I was expecting better. Now heading into the second year, there's no comparison to the first time they ever came. It's almost as if they did a good job initially to set an expectation they never intended to maintain. What's really sad is how poor their ratings are. If it wasn't for mine, they'd be even lower. I rate them a 3 for now because they maintain professionalism but everything else is questionable.

I just shut the door and he kept on yelling and raging, saying I was stupid for not listening to him while shaking his fist and pointing at me as he was going across the front of my house. Doesn't it occur that there are door cameras and neighbours outside seeing his display of nonsense? Wisdom is chasing this guy but he definitely is faster. Based on this door knock interaction, I wouldn't even bother because this sales guy is probably quite representative of the company as a whole.
