July 2, I got the confirmation text at 7:15 that the technician James was on his way. At 7:30am, I was looking out front and noticed the company van already here. At 8am, James cames to the door. I said I noticed him arrive earlier; he said he likes to get to sites early, so he's not late. I brought him to the back to show him the racoon. He said he would remove it and then disinfect the area after. When he was done, he came to meet me to tell me what he had done and took payment. We chatted a bit about Canada Day and then he left.
