Staging can be really expensive; don't get taken for a ride! First, this company required FULL payment up front, which is ridiculous! What contractor gets paid before they do any work? What's their incentive to complete the work to the client's satisfaction? Answer: NONE! Also, they way overcharged, in the order of 25 to 50% so strike two. Strike 3 was the constant struggle to communicate with the stager, who was ALWAYS late, never even left the south side until after she was past due for an appointment and I called and/or texted her. The stager was totally disorganized and took advantage of the fact that I wasn't living on the premises to delay her work. I never should have told her the actual date we'd be having photos taken of the place - because she was STILL on site when they photographer arrived!!! Several of the photos showed her incomplete work, such as keys hanging on a nail on the kitchen wall. The stager was so late getting the place staged that I NEVER got to see the completed staging before the condo was listed for sale to 'sign off' on what she did. She made some very odd choices, pretended to listen to my suggestions and requests then promptly ignored them. We sold our condo quickly because we refinished the wood floors, painted everything, cleaned so it shown like new and had taken great care of the place over the 20 years we owned the place - and the condo market was hot. Each time the stager had some story about what the problems were but I got tired of hearing it. If you can't do your job, don't take the money. If you're running late, call the client and tell them. If you get feedback that is meant to improve the process and experience, take it to heart and utilize it, don't keep compounding it by doing more of the same. I don't even know when they finally got all the materials out of the condo after the sale; I was so fed up with the stager, that I left it to our realtor (who recommended the company) to deal with it. I wish I hadn't paid it all up front and had looked around. If this was the bargain priced stager, I'd maybe be okay with it but for the extra cost and hassle, I am still disappointed. Home seller beware.

From the owner: our mission is to provide our customers great communication, reliability, and an amazing project. read more
