He patiently listened and provided suggestions that help shape my mother's transition from assisted living, to returning back home. Tanner listed to all our needs and found a perfect match for us. Brenda was brought on to provide care a few hours a day, several days a week. She was a blessing for all of us. Especially my mother. All the stress we had all been experiencing, since my mother's fall as gone. My mother reported just how much help Brenda was and in a short few weeks, we could all see my mother bounced back. It would not have been possible with Tanner, Brenda and everyone at Loving Homecare. I never put much stock in on-line reviews, but the reviews for Loving Homecare is was made me make them my first call. They should be very proud of the services they provide. I am thankful for them.

We could not have done this without Tanner and the team of wonderful caring professionals. In the beginning, they provided great company for her when needed, which she eventually enjoyed and looked forward to. They did light housekeeping and helped prepare meals, snacks, and treats for her, which resulted in her eating better, too. As time went on, her needs grew, and the Loving Home Care team was there to support her and walk us through a difficult time. The office was good at communicating any information or changes in schedules, etc. that we needed. I am so impressed with this organization.

She communicated and made schedules and arrangements with all necessary persons at the hospital and the home. She made the whole process very smooth. She kept me informed and updated without fail. ALL the staff there were so nice and caring and did their jobs so professionally. The level of comfort care they showed my mom, helped me and my family knowing that if we were not there that the visiting angels (especially Reina) were caring for her, brought us so much peace at a very emotional time. This company is truly of the highest quality in their professionalism, knowledge, procedures, and most of all, their KINDNESS to my mom and to my family. Thank You so much for all you do. Previous facilities could not or would not care for our Aunt's growing health needs beyond basic accommodations, which led us to Tiffany's Board & Care. From the moment we met the owners, the staff constantly kept us informed of our Aunt's condition. During the COVID pandemic, we were comforted with the knowledge that their wonderful team would surpass state guidelines and protocols to ensure the safety of our Aunt. This team took our concerns to heart, working with us--night and day--to empower our decisions and provide the best support for our Aunt. More importantly, they enriched and improved our Aunt's life in ways we hadn't thought possible. As her health naturally declined, the staff's ability to convey this information and keep her comfortable never wavered. Tiffany's Board & Care loved our Aunt like she was family, never treating her like a patient. For that, we are eternally grateful. --Martinez Family

Over the years the house took such good care of them. There were always presents at birthdays and Christmas. Sadly Stan died about seven years ago, Lynn was so dignified and loving at his passing. On not even special occasions, Arline was treated to the food she loved- Mexican food, cheeseburgers and french fries. The house has always gone above and beyond to make everyone comfortable and happy. The care has been wonderful and I know Arline felt safe there. With Covid 19, I had not been able to visit with Arline of late. Lynn with her inner sense sent for me a couple of days before Arline died so we could have our last visits. I feel Arline was very fortunate to have spent her last thirteen years at this home.

Before Sunrise, I had her enrolled at another facility nearby. Unfortunately, that place was dirty and run down. Many times the bathrooms did not even have toilet paper, and the environment did not feel clean or safe for my elderly mother. It was very concerning. The difference with Sunrise is truly night and day. The facility is very clean, the food is fresh, and they offer more filling meal options. The staff are patient, kind, and very friendly with all of the participants. I especially want to thank the social worker Karen who worked very hard to help me sign up for ACCESS transportation. I was a little disappointed that even though we live close by, Sunrise could not provide transportation for my mom, but I hope that will be possible in the future. Caregiver Jazmine is also amazing. She is very kind and extremely patient with all of the elderly participants. My mom talks about her often, and it makes me feel safe and happy that we found such a wonderful place for her.
