Then, back out to the large waiting room with about 30 others. When she complained of a return of the pain, I told the desk personnel who said "everyone here is in pain." No one else showed ANY signs of being in pain, though. Hours later, she finally got a CT scan with a hernia diagnosis. Finally, she got a room, examined, and left alone for too long. We finally left anyway. A few days later, the pain returned and we made the awful mistake of coming back here. The blood work and CT scan were repeated during this 16+ hour's ordeal, which resulted in only a surgical referral a week away. The only reason I would come back here is to just die.

I called to schedule an appointment for a chronic orthopedic pain issue--something that is ongoing and significantly impacts my quality of life--and instead of receiving even basic assistance, I was met with condescension and dismissive behavior. The staff acted as though my concerns were an inconvenience rather than a legitimate medical need. They refused to properly assist me in scheduling and offered no guidance, alternatives, or solutions. There was zero empathy, zero professionalism, and absolutely no sense of patient care. For a medical office, especially one dealing with orthopedic issues, this level of disrespect and lack of support is unacceptable. Patients dealing with chronic pain should not have to fight just to be heard or to book an appointment. I would strongly caution others before attempting to seek care here.
