After calling around to 29 places yesterday, the 30th place that I called was The Medicine Shoppe in Boyertown. Ed picked up the phone and he was beyond any level of pure kindness that I can't even think of any words to say. He took a few minutes out of his day to talk to me versus a majority of other places I spoke to who wanted to get me off the phone as quick as possible. Ed is truly pushing and advocating for the Group 1A also known as - the high risk, and elderly. He was so genuine and compassionate that I felt the passion for what he does, did, and will continue to do during our entire few minutes, spent on the phone together. After calling around everywhere yesterday and then hanging up the phone after speaking to Ed. Him and his staff are true superheroes trying to help out their elderly patients. From a granddaughter who is trying to help her grandfather get his vaccine... Thank you Ed and your entire team for what you are doing day in and day out.

I waited in line for at least 20 minutes before I was helped by some Karen who told me that my insurance wouldn't accept it and I wound up waiting in the consultation window for another 20 minutes before they could help me. According to them there was a glitch in the system and eventually I was able to get my prescription approved after almost an hour of waiting. I was in dire pain but held it together even though I was ready to pass out. The customer service at the pharmacy is greatly lacking and they had 4-5 people working in the pharmacy. They seriously need to get their heads out of their asses.
