I appreciated that he gave me space to make my decision but was available to answer any questions. For KIDS SHOES! Totally ridiculous. And it turned out that the prices on the boxes weren't right on all three of the shoes we bought. They were a bit cheaper, but we didn't know till the register. And to top it all off, the bathrooms were so gross they were unusable. Like BAD! My 5 year old looked at the toilet and started crying, and there WERE NO TOILET SEAT COVERS! I handed her off to my wife to try the other bathroom and she came back out immediately too, and said there was no way she or our daughter could use that bathroom. She said the toilet was so black and red inside that it couldn't have been scrubbed for a few years. I told both the people that worked there about the bathroom and they apologized but seemed way too busy to do anything about it. Just NASTY. I'll give them two stars instead of 1 because they do have a cool kids area with a TV that helps entertain the kids. Seriously though, reasonably priced kids shoes and bathrooms that don't make you throw up are required for families to visit and feel safe and comfortable.
