It was obvious that he cares not for older people I don't think of me being old, but, by the time he was done talking and acting like he knew it all, I felt what most older people feel. But since it has been taken over by Elite Dental it has gone completely down hill. They charged our HSA account the full amount for a procedure my wife had done. Then they billed our insurance company for the full amount as well. We have been trying to get the HAS card credited for the difference of $802.00 since April. They are not contesting the error they just aren't posting the credit. We've had multiple conversations with them and they have committed to getting us the credit but they still have not done so. Obviously we have left them and found a new dentist. We have taken the matter up with the Better Business Bureau, our Insurance Company, and the fraud department of our HSA. These are not honest people.

I waited to be fitted in for about 90 minutes. They took the circular x-ray, and couple of others once in the chair. They went over what had to be done. They were kind, sympathetic, and the tech even let me squeeze her hand as the tooth was bring pulled. The crack was long and deep as the x-ray showed. Dr. Paige was wonderful as were Ali and Renatta (sp). I also knew what I had to pay before it all really began and offered the payment plan if needed. First they had to give me a $550 workup and then they wanted to charge me for periodontal care for over $2000, then a bridge for a total of over $10k. I of course, said that I just wanted the extraction. I have good insurance, but even after insurance they charged me $375 out of pocket to remove a tooth that literally was falling out of its socket. Then to add insult to injury a month later I got a bill for another $168. THESE PEOPLE ARE CROOKS!!!! I'll go to a back yard mechanic next time before I set foot in ANY Aspen Dental location. I am so impressed that the kids are seen at appointment time, in and out with a cleaning and the Dentist was present & on time. The ladies explained everything going on for the parents and my kid loves he gets to lay down and watch a movie, then a prize at the end of the appointment. I look forward to coming here and feel the experience is going to remove the stigma of dentists for the next generation. Kudos to the office!

Not Dr. Kilgore..she checks EVERYTHING to make sure all is currently well with my children and also goes over preventative care that should be done. We saw her today and I've never been so pleased to see what an amazing job she does. She is someone who genuinely cares about her patients. I've never seen her without a smile on her face nor have I ever met a Dr that will take as much time needed to explain things to the children, as well as their parents. She remembers us every time we step foot into the office and makes us feel so comfortable. My son ADORES her. He loves seeing his favorite Dr, as he would say. She sits down, chats with him about school or what's new in his life. I couldn't be more grateful to have her as a dentist for my son. She always asks how I'm doing and always offers a helping hand. It means so much to myself and my son. There need to be more doctors and people like her in general. She is a genuine kind hearted person. Not to mention our hygienist is so sweet and is someone who is very experienced. We have her every time we are in and absolutely love her and what a wonderful job she's done. If you're thinking about taking your little ones to the dentist and you want your child to have a staff that is so kind and compassionate, then this is definitely the place to go. Again, coming to see Dr Kilgore was a major score for my family! Called twice before end of business hours to check that they were being sent and was told it would be there in a couple of hours. Pharmacy confirmed they received nothing. Now they are closed until Monday. I did what I needed to do - took day off work - went to doc - paid my fee. And I am in worse pain now because they did not do their job. Will be getting my money refunded on Monday. DO NOT GO TO THIS DENTIST.
