Prep for this was minimal., denture didn't fit, had to use fixident..sore spots...all of it and the worst of it was that the teeth were way too big for my face. Finally she indicated it was " just me"..ended there. Went to my former dentist in Chicago, and was treated with great care, professionalism and expertise.l I now have a denture that fits perfectly, looks great, and never had to go back once for an adjustment. My thoughts are that she is just to busy to pay attention anymore. Maybe a long time ago.

She fixed a cavity (years ago) that she claimed I had on a specific tooth and since then, I've never been able to comfortably chew on that tooth again. It hurts when anything hits the tooth while I'm chewing. I went back multiple times, and she shaved the filling down thinking that was the problem. After going back a few times, there was nothing she could do. She fixed a couple cavities for me and more recently, one of the fillings came out. I went to a different dentist who told me it's the worst dental work he's ever seen. On top of that, I feel like she had a horrible bedside manner. I have spoken to other people who have had work done by her and agree she is a hack.

I initially came to this practice when Dr. Ballard was fairly new in his career. He was able to fix and correct some filling work from previous dentists. During my employ with an oral surgeon years later, compliments unfolded on the restorative work done by Dr. Ballard based on views of my panorex films. Excellent place to go! Staff and dentist were all very friendly. My husband has been fighting tooth…read moreinfection for years now due to making minimum wage and no insurance. They had the best prices in town which is great for people like us. The dentist was completely honest about pricing and future work that would need done. He listened to and acknowledged what my husband had to say. Showed him his x ray picture and how a previous dentist didn't fully fill in a root canal done years before. Other staff even understood our situation and had tips on where we could go for help. I'd recommend them to everyone I know :) I'll be needing work done myself eventually and plan on calling these guys.
