I was sent half way across the earth to thier other office in Lansdale. I live five minutes from them. I can remember a time when i did not feel well and I was seen the day I called. I am not one to complain about a wait because I totally understand they are squeezing me in but at this point they cant squeeze anything. I am sure my absence will not make a dent in thier practice. Obviously, they have plenty of patients now so I will now atively look elsewhere.

I have been through 3 different doctors in the ~ 6 years I have been there which does not bother me, but may bother others. Small issues started a couple of years ago when visits started taking more than an hour. Bigger issues now. Called several times and was on hold for more than an hour before being disconnected. Now I am on a drug which is on back-order. The pharmacy faxed them 3 times and has not received a response. Also they wanted me to wait 2 weeks for an appointment and would not renew my blood pressure medication until I saw them. After an hour of arguing, they gave me an appointment the next day, and told me how lucky I was that they were "accommodating me". After seeing the reviews here, I realize at least I am not alone.

My main doctor is Dr. Kliger, but have seen Collyn and Sharon for sick visits. The office staff has always been helpful as well. I recommend.

It's hard to find a doctor that you really and truly feel comfortable sharing medical history and information with. I had gone to Blue Bell Family Practice for a severe illness and had been misdiagnosed to the point that I had to be hospitialized over New Years two years ago. I should've known the Dr. wasn't "all there" when she showed up in a two-sizes two small track suit, chewing gum and not being able to ask me questions about what was truly ailing me. Yikes! A friend of mine suggested LMG Family Practice, specifically because their office is on the corner of 73 and 202 in Blue Bell - a 2 minute drive away. I got an appointment with Dr. Charles Kish - within minutes, I was hooked. Dr. Kish treats me like I'm an individual, he looks over everything, he's thorough and when I bring something up that needs attention, he never looks at me like I'm wasting his time or that I'm crazy. Recently I was diagnosed with arthritis at age 34 - he never said "Oh you are crazy, you are too young," especially as I have other underlying factors that pushed the arthritis. The front desk staff is also truly great. Robin (Office Manager) and Sarah (RN) are always helpful and get me in when I need to be seen. If ever I have a question, they are quick to call back, get information or get me referrals. I have truly found an office that cares. Thank you LMG!

I was injured on the job, with a facial laceration and possible concussion when I came in. The doctor that saw me didn't check for a concussion though I was struck in the face/head and didn't bother to X-ray my nose which is where I had been struck right on the bone. Dermabond was applied to seal the wound, I was given a tetanus shot, and sent on my way until my recheck the following day. Thankfully I didn't have a concussion and made it home okay. Dr. Nicholson from the Business Health Center was the exact opposite. He was shocked that I hadn't been checked for a concussion when I told him I had been nauseous and lightheaded for at least 30 minutes after the incident occurred and that no X-ray was taken! He gave me medicine to help with the fact that it was already inflamed and needed antibiotics to not get infected. He also wrote me a script to get an X-ray for the root of my nose and thankfully there was no fracture! I feel like he definitely knows what he is doing and is a credit to this hospital!

Today I now live in Philadelphia and I make the 45 minute drive any time I need medical care. Dr Malsch listens to his patients, ALWAYS has time for them. We have traveled a few medical highways with him - yes he treats my husband too - and we wouldnt trust our care to ANYONE but him. Yes it can be frustrating to reach his office or to get a return call and sometimes it takes 2 or 3 attempts. I also plan on 15 to 20 minute wait in the lobby before getting back into the exam room. But that said I have never felt as comfortable with a doctor as Dr. Malsch. He takes time with the patients instead of rushing in - having to look your name up on his chart and then hurrying along. that goes a long way in care and one of the reasons I am willing to drive 40 minutes for an appointment with him

Unfortunately the interactions with the front office staff is the complete opposite. They are rude and act like they're doing you a favor by even answering the phone (if they answer at all). The last time I tried to call for an appointment, I had to call back three times before anyone answered (all calls were made during office hours). First, the gentleman who answered told me that my record couldn't be located and Dr. Malsch was booked that whole week and Dr. Zarro might be able to take me, however I had to wait for Joannie to come in later that day and she would call me back. I never heard from Joannie (whoever that is), so I called back that afternoon and asked for Joannie. She got my record right away (so it wasn't lost?) and let me know that Dr. Malsch was on vacation but Dr. Zarro had an opening at the end of the week. Unfortunately, I didn't have the patience to suffer with my sever sinus infection for a few more days so I found another doctor who got me in the same day. I will truly miss the care provided by Dr. Malsch, but it's so refreshing to go to a practice where everyone treats you like a human being.
