The cryo space isn't for the faint of heart. You're LEGIT in a freezer (they give you gloves, socks, slippers and a mask to wear. You're supposed to stand in there for 3 minutes (I made it 60 seconds ). The sauna and salt rooms are accessible to those who need/use a walker but the cryo is not (you must be able to stand without assistance and there's nothing to hold onto inside the freezer). There is ample parking as the Riverview location is in a strip mall.

Now the nurse argued with me that I was "done" with my contracted visits. When I clearly have 4 more, after the four I picked up Tuedsay. This was after multiple appointments had to be made due to their incompetence and inability to run the tests properly, resulting in having to take time out of my day to return (multiple times) so they could get it done correctly. Then, after all that, and the tests are finally completed, they wanted $50 to sign the paperwork confirming the results of the tests (which was supposed to be part of the follow up). And now as I'm trying to get a hold of someone in the office, I can either speak to their AI "representative" (that cannot help me) or get forwarded to a mailbox that is full and get hung up on. Worst experience ever. Do not recommend. Incompetent and dishonest.

There are a few there that do a really good job, but most spend their time conversing with one another about their personal business and barely realize that you as a patient are their seeking assistance. In particular I was under the care of Ashley England. After several sessions with Ashley I had to file a complaint with the patient advocate department. This isn't something I would normally do, but my last session with her put me over the edge. She talks non-stop with her co-workers distracting them as well from their patients. I continuously had to ask her for instructions for my exercises and how many reps needed. She was too busy talking about Disney and even left to go search on her phone how much a hamburger costs there! Totally unprofessional. The last straw was when I left the session walked back in to ask for the name of the manager in that department and I caught her talking about me with her co-workers in FRONT of the other patients there. This is totally unacceptable and if Watson Clinic allows this kind of behavior with their employees their reputation will begin to falter.

He does not use the cookie-cutter approach to his treatment, but uses an evidence-based approach. He schedules future treatments only according to each person's individual response. Because everything I hoped for, was accomplished…read more --- --- --- I've had lower back/hip pain for quite a while now, and was beginning to worry that it might be something bigger than just some muscle pains. I went to Dr. Knezevich to see if maybe it would make sense to get an MRI to get a closer look. After chatting with him and going over some of my symptoms, he seemed to be pretty confident that I had a soft tissue problem, and not something skeletal, but just for peace of mind, he had some X-Rays done. As he suspected, all of my bones were in-tact as they should be, so he perscribed me with 8 sessions of Physical Therapy. He mentioned that he was not directly affiliated with Select Physical Therapy, but they did happen to share an office, and if it was convenient for me to visit him, that it might make sense for me to try Select PT. I obliged and scheduled out my first appointment for the next day. After several visits to Select PT, they have definitely improved my issues and really helped me out! More details on that will definitely be in my review of Select PT, but Dr. Knezevich referred me there, and I'm very thankful for that!
